| PurposeBy observing the curative effect of Yiqen-Yang Huoxue-Lishui formula in treating patients with chronic heart failure and its mechanism of action,we can better understand the characteristics of chronic heart failure,aiming to provide effective reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.MethodA total of 76 subjects conforming to the experimental standards were selected,among which 38 cases were treated with conventional western medicine as the control group,and the other 38 cases were treated with the experimental group.On the basis of western medicine treatment in the control group,Yiqen-yang Huoxue-Lishui decoction was used for treatment.During the study,1 patient was excluded and 3 patients were lost to follow-up.Finally,72 patients were studied,including 36 patients in the control group and 36 patients in the experimental group.After 4 weeks of treatment,observation indicators of patients before and after treatment were collected.SPSS.26 was used to process the data,and the data differences between the two groups before and after treatment were compared to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of this study.Results1.Curative effect of TCM syndromes: P < 0.01 before and after treatment in two groups and between two groups.In terms of reducing the total integral effective rate of TCM syndromes,the control group was 83.4%,and the experimental group was 91.7%,P < 0.01 compared between two groups after treatment.Therefore,compared with the simple treatment of Western medicine,the combination of Yi air temperature Yang and blood circulation and water benefit can improve the TCM syndrome of patients more significantly.2.6-minute walking test,quality of life efficacy: The efficacy of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group in improving the 6-minute walking distance,reducing the quality of life score and improving the quality of life(P < 0.05).3.Grading effect of cardiac function: In this study,both groups were able to improve cardiac function,with the total effective rate of 83.4% in the control group and 91.7% in the traditional Chinese medicine experimental group.In terms of improving cardiac function grading,the efficacy of the traditional Chinese medicine experimental group was superior to the control group(P < 0.05).4.NT-proBNP efficacy: In this study,two groups of patients after treatment NT-proBNP were reduced,before and after the treatment in the group comparison and after the treatment between the groups P < 0.01;Plasma NT-proBNP was significantly reduced in the experimental group,and cardiac function was effectively improved,which was better than that in the control group(P <0.01),indicating that the efficacy of Chinese medicine combined with Western medicine in the treatment of CHF was more significant.5.Cardiac ultrasound efficacy: In this study,the LVEF value of the control group before treatment was 34.28±5.52,and that of the experimental group was 34.64±6.27;after treatment,the LVEF value of the control group was 36.97±4.81,and that of the experimental group was 41.22±4.89;before and after treatment,the comparison between the two groups was P < 0.01;Compared with the control group,the experimental group significantly increased the LVEF value and improved the heart function.Compared with before treatment,there was no significant change in LVEDd value in the two groups after treatment.Compared with the two groups before and after treatment,the comparison between the two groups after treatment was P>0.05,indicating that there was no significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment.In conclusion,due to the short study time,it takes a long time to improve ventricular remodeling,and the LVEDd value takes a long time to change,so there are no significant changes in LVEDd compared with before treatment.ConclusionThis study showed that Yifenghuoxuehuishui could improve the symptoms of CHF patients with Yang qi deficiency deficiency and blood stasis and water withdrawal syndrome,reduce TCM syndrome scores,improve the examination indexes related to heart failure,and have good safety,providing reference for clinical treatment of CHF.Due to the short time of this study,insufficient follow-up conditions and other factors,there were only 72 experimental samples,and the study lasted only 4 weeks.There may be bias in the results obtained from some experimental data.Since it takes a long time to improve ventricular remodeling,no significant changes in LVEDd were observed before treatment.The effect of Yifen-temperature Yang Huoxuoxy-replenishing method on CHF syndrome of Yang qi deficiency and blood stasis and water withdrawal still needs a larger sample size and longer randomized controlled trial to confirm the clinical efficacy and provide more theoretical support and clinical reference for TCM treatment of CHF. |
