Effects Of Er'zhi Tiangui Granule On The Wnt/?-catenin Pathway And The Ending Of IVF In Barren Patients With Kidney Yin Insufficiency

Objective: Our subject is devoted to research the effect of Er'zhi Tiangui Granule(ETG)on the key factors(Wnt2?Cx43??-catenin)of Wnt/?-catenin pathway in ovarian granulosa cells(OGC)and the growing of oocyte.Finding the way of ETG improving the ending of IVF in barren patients with kidney yin insufficiency on the cell proliferation road.Methods: Seventy patients with kidney yin insufficiency were picked who are barren and need transfer(IVF-ET)due to tubal factor from all(2015.8-2016.12),which were equally(35 patients per group)divided into the ETG group and placebo group at random.Choice 35 patients who need IVF due to male factor as the vacuity contrast group.The treatment group need to continuous take ETG in follicular phase(about 2 weeks)for3 menstrual cycles before COH.Meanwhile,the other two groups were given placebo instead of ETG.Both of the three groups need to take ovulation stimulants when they are ready to COH.Comparing the difference of kidney yin insufficiency symptom score before and after treatment;fertility rate,high-quality embryos rate,clinical pregnancy rate;the level of E2,P,LH at the day of taking HCG and the expression of Wnt2,Cx43 and ?-catenin in ovarian granulosa cells on the day of retrieval.Results: After the treatment,the kidney yin insufficiency symptom of ETG group have a very distinct improvement,wich were better than placebo group(P<0.01 respectively).The ETG group shows high fertility rate,high-quality embryos rate,clinical pregnancy rate.(P<0.05 respectively).Compared those gourps,we found the ETG group showed higher impression of Wnt2,Cx43 and ?-catenin on the Wnt/?-catenin pathway wich were much lower in the placebo group.(P<0.05 respectively).Conclusion: ETG might increase fertility ratio,high-quality embryos ratio,and clinical pregnancy rate by improving the kidney yin insufficiency symptom.ETG might inhibit granular cell proliferation by raising the impression of key factors(Wnt2,Cx43 and ?-catenin)on the Wnt/?-catenin pathway,so as to improve the ending of IVF patients with kidney yin insufficiency.
