Objective: To explore the mechanism of Er’zhi Tiangui Granule (ETG) in improvingthe quality of oocyte,the ovarian response and Pregnancy Outcome by measuring therelationship of FSHRmRNA on ovarian granulosa cells in vitro fertilization-embryotransfer.Methods: In clinical study,65infertility patients of kidney yin deffciencyundergoing IVF-ET cycles were randomly divided into2groups:the treatment group(32cases) was treated with ETG and Gn, the control group (33cases) was treated withplacebo and Gn.the relationship of FSHRmRNA on ovarian granulosa cells,the syndromescores of TCM,administration time and number of Gn,thickness and type of endometrium,the number of fertilization, the fertilization rate,high quality embryo rate and pregnancyrate were evaluated. Statistical analysis was done by SPSS17.0for windows.Results:(1) Before treatment two groups were comparable and there was nosignificant difference.(P>0.05).(2) Clinical symptoms improved much in treatmentgroup than control group (p <0.05)and there were significant differences.(3) Beforetreatment, there were no significant differences form based endocrine FSH, E2, LH, T, PRLresults between groups of patients (P>0.05), it was comparable.(4)When using the Gn,there were no significant difference of based endocrine FSH, E2, LH, results (P>0.05), itwas comparable.(5) Two groups of patients HCG day follicular membrane blood flow byt-test PI, RI comparison had extremely significant difference (P <0.01).(6) The treatmentgroup was obviously better than the control group in improving the amount of oocytes,rates of mature oocytes, fertilization, cleavage, high-quality embryos and pregnancy.Thecomparison had extremely significant difference(P <0.05).(7)The treatment group was obviously better than the control group in improving the LIF level in FF, The comparisonhad extremely significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion: Electro-acupuncture has good effect on improving the quality ofoocytes, and its mechanism may be related to the role in the hypothalamus-pituitaryovarianaxis. To promote the pituitary hormone release hormones produce certain effect.Increase pituitary hormone release to promote the sensitivity of the pituitary. Through thesecretion of Follicle-Stimulating Hormone which was promoted by hypothalamichormones to produce indirect regulatory role, the lever of LIF in follicular fluid, theamount of oocytes, rates of mature oocytes, fertilization, cleavage, high-quality embryosand pregnancy was improved.
