Under The Theory Of Viscera Mutual Communication Clinical Between Liver And Large Intestine Study Of Jiawei Taohechengqi Decoction On Treating Generalized Anxiety Disorder Ofstagnated Heat Syndrome

Objective:With the theory of viscera mutual communication,according theory of liver and large intestine communication,making prescription toexplo rethe Jiawei Taohechengqi Decoction's clinicalefficacy and clinical ada ptability to cure generalized anxiety disorder of stagnated heat syndrome,giving clinical treatment guidance to generalized anxiety disorder in TCM.Methods:Collected 60 patients diagnosed as generalized anxiety disorder in clinic and ward of encephalopathy,and divided patients into experimen tal group and control group randomly,each group of 30 patients with force.The experimental group was Jiawei Taohechengqi Decoction group combined with Deanxit,and the control group was Deanxit group.Treatment with 2 t reatment on Monday,a total of four courses of treatment.The clinical effect was assessed by using the Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and self-made observation table for syndrome of TCM.Finally we dealt with the score results accordingly by using statistical methods to complete the clinicalassessment of Jiawei Taohechengqi Decoction on treating the generalized an xiety disorder.Results:1.According to the improvement of HAMA :the experimental group: 4 cases were cured,17 cases were effective markedly,7 cases were effective,2 cases were invalid,thetotal effective rate was 93.33%;the control group: 1 cases were cured,8 cases were effective markedly,17 caseswere effective,4 cases wereinvalid,the total effectiverate was 86.67%;the d ifference of two groups in effectiv rate was significanttatistically(P<0.05).2.According to the improvement of self-made observation for syndrome of TCM:the experimental group:6 cases were cured,18 cases were effectiv e markedly,4 cases were effective,2 cases were invalid,the totaleffectiverate was 93.33%;the control group:2 cases were cured,7 cases were ef fective markedly,16 cases were effective,5 cases were inva the total effective rate was 83.33%;the difference of two groups in effectivrate was significant statistically(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jiawei Taohechengqi Decoction has a significanteffect forgenera lized anxiety disorder of stagnated heat syndrome,improving anxious state of mind,constipation,vexation,insomniaandothersymptoms,confirmingthe clinicaleffect of dialectical using Jiawei Taohechengqi Decoction ontreating the generalized anxiety disorder.
