Objective：observation of Qi deficiency and blood stasis treated by Guchong Zhixuedecoction clinical effect of peri-menopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding, exploring thehemostatic mechanisms.Method：60patients were divided randomly into test group (30cases treated withGCZXD)and control group(30cases, treated with Fukang capsule), observation treatmentbefore and after clinical symptoms, and signs of improve situation, treatment before andafter uterine artery blood flow learn, and blood rheological learn, and Thrombin originaltime (PT, and APTT) index of changes. Observation on treatment differences between thetreatment and control groups after groups.Result：exact Guchong Zhixue decoction: a clinical curative effect, Hemostatic effectof total effective rate of96.67%treatment group, compared the two groups differencessignificant (p<0.01). Total effective rate of syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine,differences significant (p<0.05); Marked increase in hemoglobin content than beforetreatment (p<0.01); Blood rheology indices than before treatment significantly reduced(p<0.01);Bilateral Uterine artery blood flow to speed up, increase average velocity andresistance index lowering (p<0.05,p<0.01); PT, APTT before treatment reduce (p<0.01).Conclusion：Guchong Zhixue decoction for Qi deficiency and blood-stasis typehemostatic effect of peri-menopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding with good, a good rolefor improving clinical symptoms. the role of the bleeding is through the improvement offibrinolytic activity, activate blood coagulation factor activity, improve blood rheology, promote the blood circulation, and other links to local realize.
