Clinical Study On The Effect On Delaying Senility Of Kidney-Yang Deficiency With Du-moxibustion

Objective: To observe the effects of Du-Moxibustion on the aging symptoms of aging subjects with Kidney-yang deficiency,and to explore the effect of Du-Moxibustion on aging subjects in Kidney-yang deficiency,and provide references for clinical application of Du-Moxibustion for anti-aging.Method: To divide 60 subjects with senile kidney-yang deficiency randomly into two groups: Du-moxibustion group(30 cases)and blank control group(30 cases).observed a course of treatment(once every ten days,four times as a course of treatment)before and after the subjects of the aging symptom scores and Fatigue Scale-14 scores,compared the effect of Du-Moxibustion on aging subjects in Kidney-yang deficiency,to evaluate the effect of Du-Moxibustion on the delayed effect of kidney-yang deficiency.Results:1.Compared the two groups by themselves,there was no significant difference in the symptom scores and Fatigue Scale-14 scores before and after the treatment in the control group(P>0.05),There was a significant difference in the symptom scores and Fatigue Scale-14 scores before and after the treatment in the Du-moxibustion groups(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in symptom scores and Fatigue Scale-14 scores before the treament between the two groups(P>0.05),possessing comparable scales.There was a significant difference(P<0.01)in symptom scores and Fatigue Scale-14 scores after the treatment between the two groups.2.Compared with the control group,there were significant differences between the two groups in the efficacy of Yaoxisuanruan,aversion to cold,nocturia frequency,lack of energy,shortness of breath and asthma,loose stools thin after the treatment(P<0.01),there was a significant difference in the efficacy of Tooth loosening and forgetfulness after the treatment(P<0.05).While there was no significant difference in the efficacy of Hair loss or white,loss of libido after the treatment(P>0.05).3.After one course of treatment,the total effective rate was 93.33% in the Du-moxibustion group and 13.33% in the control group.There was a significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusions: Du-moxibustion is an effective way to delay aging,can effectively delay the symptoms of kidney-yang aging subjects and improve fatigue symptoms,for improving the health of the elderly is important,clinical worthy of further application.
