Objective: Through the comparative study of allergic volunteers before and after Du-moxibustion treatment,scientific evaluation of Du-moxibustion on allergic constitution intervention,in order to improve the biased constitution to provide new treatment methods,so as to guide clinical application.Method: The screening of 60 cases of allergic volunteers,randomly divided into Du-moxibustion group(observation group)and control group(control group),30 cases in each group.To observe the changes of scores of two groups volunteers with allergic constitution before and after a course of treatment(seven days,four times for a period of treatment)intervention,and evaluate the intervention effect of Du-moxibustion on allergic constitution.Results:1.The two groups were compared before and after oneself,Du-moxibustion group before and after the intervention of constitution transformation point has a very significant difference(P < 0.01),there was no significant difference before and after the control group(P > 0.05);2.Comparison between the 2 groups,the transformation of intervention in the first two group scores,there was no significant difference(P > 0.05)after the intervention group comparison between physical transformation point has a very significant difference(P < 0.01);The total effective rate of 93.33% 3.Du-moxibustion group,control group total effective rate of 6.67%,comparing the two groups was very significant difference(P <0.01),indicating that Du-moxibustion is better than control group.Conclusion: Du-moxibustion is an effective means to intervene allergic constitution,clinical Du-moxibustion therapy can prevent and cure the occurrence and development of related diseases.
