Objective: The blood coagulation function of patients with hypertensive intrac erebral hemorrhage in xining area was monitored by the Thrombelastography,a nd the relationship between the changes of each index and the patients' rehe morrhage was studied. To observe the significance of the TEG indexes predic ting the risk of rehemorrhage in patients with hypertension combined with cer ebral hemorrhage.Method:Collected cases 60 hypertensive patients in Qinghai University Affiliated Hospital with cerebral hemorrhage from November 2016 to January 2018 admitted to the hospital ICU in xining region.According to the patient's head CT and Dotian formula, the bleeding amount was calculated at the time of admission and 24 hours after admission.According to whether or not the amount of blood after 24 h was more than 33 percent of the time of admission,it was divided into rehemorrhage group and no rehemorrhage group.Firstiy, the correlation analysis was performed between the general influencing factors and the TEG index of the patients get into the group. Then we observed the changes of TEG indexes in patients with rebleeding and no rebleeding at admission, and the difference of TEG between the two groups 24 hours after admission. At last, the patients were divided into the former group and the latter group according to the different time points of admission and 24 hours after admission, and the comparison was made between the two groups.Results:1)60 cases patients in xining region, hypertensive patients with intrac erebral hemorrhage and rebleeding are more male and more common in basal ganglia. The time of the history of hypertension in the patient were statistic ally different in comparison with the enlargement of hematoma,(p < 0.05).T he amount of diastolic blood pressure at admission and the amount of bleedin g after 24 h were the independent risk factors for the rehemorrhage of hyperte nsive patients with intracerebral hemorrhage.2)Compared the index of Thrombelastography, such as R,K,MA,LY30 and CI in the two groups, there was stat istical differences(p < 0.05).3)By comparison of the TEG correlation index es of 16 patients between with on admission and 24 h after admission, the co mparison of indexes such R,K,MA,LY30 and CI between the front group and the latter group was statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusion:1.In Xining, the higher the diastolic blood pressure and the more the amount of hemorrhage after admission 24 h,the higher of the risk of rehemorrhage the hospitalization of patients with hypertension and intracerebral hemorrhage.2.The increase of R,K and LY30 index and the decrease of MA and CI index of the Thrombelastography may be of predictive value for rehaemorrhagia in patients with high blood and cerebral hemorrhage.3.The Thrombelastography is not sufficient to be used alone as a laboratory index to predict the risk of rehaemorrhagia in hypertensive patients with intracerebral hemorrhage.
