Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Cervical Vertigo By Small Needle Knife Combined With Moxa Momibustion Pressure Head Pair-acupoints

Objective 1.To observe the clinical effect of small needle knife combined with moxa stick compressive moxibustion in the treatment of cervical vertigo patients.2.Explore the better treatment of cervical vertigo through the clinical symptoms and function score MethodsThe patients from the acupuncture and moxibustion department of acupuncture and moxibustion affiliated to Anhui university of traditional Chinese medicine were randomly divided into two groups according to the order of admission.According to the principle of random control,30 example in each group,60 example.Before treatment,after the treatment,after treatment,three months after the treatment.To observe the symptoms and function scores of cervical vertigo before and after treatment in two patients without Tong Zhi,the results were analyzed by spss19.0 statistics software.Results1.Clinical effect: after the end of treatment,the total effective rate of the experimental group was 96.7 %,the control group was 80 %,the difference was statistically significant(p < 0.05).2.Score the score of the two groups before and after the treatment of cervical vertigo symptoms and function evaluation.Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups(p > 0.05).Compared with the treatment before treatment,the total score and score of the experimental group were significantly different in the end of treatment and the return visit after three months(p < 0.05);In the control group,except the dimension of psychological and social adaptation,there was significant difference in the total score and the other dimensions(p < 0.05).After the course of treatment,the score of experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(p < 0.05).After the end of three months of treatment,the score of the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group(p < 0.05).Conclusion small needle knife combined with compressive moxibustion knife has obvious improvement effect on the symptoms of cervical vertigo,the combination,advantages complementary,simple operation,short course,effective,better than simple western medicine treatment,and has good long-term effect,worthy of promotion.
