Clinical Evaluation Of Pi Needle Combined With Acupuncture On The Treatment Of Cervical Vertigo

Objective: To valuate the clinic effects of the treatment of vertebral vertigo by Pi needle combined with acupuncture. Provide a basis of Pi needle combined with acupuncture for clinical treatment of cervical vertigo therapeutic.Method: This topic through randomized controlled clinical research method,made the 62 patients met the inclusion criteria of cervical vertigo patients, randomly divided into treatment group and control group. There were 2 cases fall off the group in the process of the treatment,the treatment group and control group with 1 cases in each group.In of completed 60 cases the 30 cases of test group was treated with Pi needle combined with acupuncture;the 30 cases of control group was treated only with acupuncture.All patients were assessed by the improved of quantitative cervical vertigo symptoms and functional at before and after treatment and then looked at two groups of results,If there is a statistically significant.Rusult:(1)In the evaluation of quantitative cervical vertigo symptoms and functional aspects before treatment in treatment group, symptoms and functional score was 25.82±7.90,control group was 25.57±7.94,(P>0.05)there was no significant difference between two groups of vertigo symptoms;after treatment, symptom and function score was 43.90±6.52,control group was 39.30±8.37,the clinical symptoms of the patients in the two groups are significantly improved,significantly better than the degree of improvement in therapy group(P<0.01).(2)The two groups after treatment the total curative effect, the total effective rate of treatment group was 93.3%,control group, the total effective rate was 73.3%.After statistical treatment,the total efficiency of two groups,(P<0.05)the difference was significant.Conclusion: Pi needle combined with conventional acupuncture can improve the patients with cervical vertigo clinical symptoms and function,the curative effect is superior to the routine acupuncture group,demonstrated the application of Pi needle and promote the therapeutic effect of acupuncture on cervical vertigo.
