Efficacy Of Needle Knife Treatment Of Knee Osteoarthritis

Objectives:By observing the effect of interleukin 1-?(IL-1?),tumor necrosis factor-?(TNF-?)in serum and the clinical integral change of patients with knee osteoarthritis(KOA)treated by acupotomy release,To explore the mechanism of the treatment of KOA by acupotomy release and to quantify and objectively evaluate its clinical efficacy.Methods: The 60 cases of KOA accorded with the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into acupotomy release group and acupuncture group,each group of 30 cases.acupotomy release group,weekly treatment 1 and continuous treatment for 3 weeks.The acupuncture group was treated 5 times a week and continue 3 weeks.Two groups are treated by hand.The levels of IL-1? and TNF-? in serum of patients with KOA were recorded before and after treatment.And records clinical symptomatic scores in detail,the joint function,the welling scores and the evaluation of pain digital.After 3weeks,Compared the indicators of the two groups of patients,And analyze the clinical efficacy through the software of SPSS 17.0.Results:1.The total effective rate and the explicit rate in the treatment group are90.23% and 66.67%,in the control group are 78.31% and 40.54%.Comparison between the two groups after treatment,the total effective rate and the explicit rate of acupotomy were better than those of ordinary acupuncture group,with a significant difference(p<0.05).2.After treatment with the two groups were compared before treatment.Clinical points were significantly reduced,with a very significant difference(P<0.01);Comparison of acupotomy group and acupuncture group,the reduction of clinical points in the acupotomy group was more obvious,with a significant difference(P<0.05).3.Changes of serum IL-1?and TNF-?contents in KOA patients before and after treatment:After treatment,the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,with a very significant difference(P<0.01).Comparison of acupotomy group and acupuncture group,Needle release group was more pronounced,with a very significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusions:We can draw a conclusion that acupotomy release has a good effect of KOA.It can effectively improve the knee pain,swelling and movement.And the serum levels of IL-1? and TNF-a in KOA patients were decreased.Acupotomy release is one of the effective ways to treat knee osteoarthritis,With less adverse reactions,high safety performance,clinical efficacy and so on.
