Observe The Clinical Effect Of Needle Knife Combined With Chinese Medicine Fumigation For Treating Flexion Contracture Of The Knee Caused By KOA

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of needle knife combined with Chinese medicine fumigation for treating flexion contracture of the knee caused by KOA, to explore the effect of needle knife on treating angle of knee flexion of KOA flexion contracture of the knee and on symptoms and signs of KOA, to explore the mechanism of Needle knife on treating the KOA flexion contracture of the knee and the effect of Needle knife on improving the symptoms and signs of KOA.Methods:Collected 60 cases of patients who met the inclusion criteria in third orthopedic ward of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine, and divided into observation group and control group randomly,30 patients per group. Observation group were treated with needle knife combined with Chinese medicine fumigation, control group were given massage therapy combined with Chinese medicine fumigation as comparative treatment, two weeks for a treatment cycle. Compared with two groups and observed the flexion angle of knee extension lateral X-ray side, VAS pain scale and Severity score sheet of Lequene-Mery KOA before and after treatment.Results:The needle knife combined with Chinese medicine fumigation for treating KOA flexion contracture of the knee improved the clinical symptoms and sign of patients with different degrees compared with before treatment, the difference had statistical significance (P<0.05); The flexion angle of knee extension lateral X-ray side improved significantly, the difference had statistical significance (P<0.01)Conclusion:After the needle knife combined with Chinese medicine fumigation for treating the angle of knee flexion, pain, swelling, morning stiffness and ability to walk of patients improves significantly. The needle knife combined with Chinese medicine fumigation for treating KOA flexion contracture of the knee has better pertinence and higher clinical application value.
