Based On The Theory Of "flexible Tendons, Orthopedic Bones And Meridian" To Explore The Influence Of Acupuncture And Orthopedic Method On The Tension Of The Watch Chain Muscle After LDH

Objective:Observe the Clinical effect of the acupuncture-tuina chiropractic based on the theory of "tendon flexibility-bone upright-channel Smooth" in treating lumbar disc herniation(LDH),and compare the advantages between it with acupuncture and tuina chiropractic treatment.Methods:65 LDH patients were randomly divided into observation group(acupuncture-tuina chiropractic group)treated with acupuncture-tuina chiropractic,control group 1(acupuncture group)treated with acupuncture,control group 2(tuina chiropractic group)treated with tuina chiropractic.8 cases were lost,57 cases were effective.20 cases from the acupuncture-tuina chiropractic group and 19 cases from the acupuncture group,18 cases from the tuina chiropractic group.Once a day for 10 consecutive days,totally 10 times.Record the VAS-P score,M-JOA score and posterior muscle chain tension,before the first treatment and after the second,fourth,sixth,eighth,tenth treatment and follow-up after one month after completion of treatment,and the data were analyzed.Results:1.Self-comparison before and after the treatment of three groups: Compared with before treatment,VAS-P score M-JOA score and posterior muscle chain tension of each evaluation period were improved(p < 0.05),suggesting that the three groups of treatment can improve the pain,clinical symptoms,signs,life ability,and posterior muscle chain tension of LDH patients.Compared with the 2nd treatment,the indexes after the 4th,6th,8th,10 th treatment and follow-up after one month were improved(p< 0.05),suggesting that with the prolongation of the treatment cycle,the curative effect is also increasing.Compared with the 4th treatment,the indexes after the6 th,8th,10 th treatment and follow-up after one month were improved(p < 0.05),suggesting that with the prolongation of the treatment cycle,the curative effect is also increasing.Compared with the 6th treatment,the indexes after the 8th,10 th and follow-up after one month treatment were improved(p < 0.05),suggesting that with the prolongation of the treatment cycle,the curative effect is also increasing.Compared with the 8th treatment,the indexes after the 10 th treatment and follow-up after one month were same(p < 0.05),suggesting that with the prolongation of the treatment cycle,the curative effect is stable.Compared with the 10 th treatment,the indexes after the follow-up after one month were same(p < 0.05),suggesting that The curative effect of the three groups remained basically in the treatment period one month after the end of treatment.2.Comparisons among the three groups: After the 2nd and 4th treatment,VAS-P score,M-JOA score and posterior muscle chain tension were better in the acupuncture-tuina chiropractic group than acupuncture group and tuina chiropractic group(p <0.05),suggesting that acupuncture-tuina chiropractic group has the advantage of quick effect than acupuncture group and tuina chiropractic group.There was no significant difference in each index among the three groups after 6th,8th,10 th and follow-up after one month treatments(p > 0.05),suggesting that the middle and posterior stages of treatment and follow-up period effects of the three groups are comparable.3.Before and after treatment,there was a significant positive correlation between the difference of posterior muscle chain tension and VAS-P score(p < 0.01;rs= 0.697).Conclusion:1.Compared with acupuncture and tuina chiropractic,the acupuncture-tuina chiropractic can improve the pain,clinical symptoms,signs,life ability,and posterior muscle chain tension of LDH patients more quickly.2.The curative effect of the acupuncture-tuina chiropractic on LDH is basically the same as that of acupuncture and tuina chiropractic on LDH in the middle and posterior stages of treatment and follow-up period,which needs to be further confirmed by enlarging the sample size.
