| Objective: To investigate whether the treatment of chronic periodontitis patients with periodontal health as well as good short-term prognosis.Methods: After systemic periodontal treatment in mild to moderate chronic periodontitis patients were 18 for the experimental group,18 periodontally healthy subjects as control group,before planting and after planting4?12?24 weeks were collected saliva,check the implant stability and periodontal status,saliva testing ELISA method in IL-1,IL-17,TNF-beta alpha,RT-PCR Pg,Tf,Fn,detection of the amount of Td.Results: The implant stability quotient(implant stability,quotient,ISQ)three examination results of PD gradually increased,decreased,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),the experimental group and the control group PD,ISQ examination results between groups had no significant difference(P > 0.05).The results of IL-1,IL-17,TNF-alpha expression of four times were gradually reduced,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The expression of IL-1,IL-17 and TNF-in experimental group was higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The experimental group and the control group at the early stage of stability showed no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05)Tf,Pg,Fn relative SQ value of the three examination results gradually reduced,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),Td relative SQ value of the four examination results no difference(P > 0.05),the experimental group and the control group Ff Pg,Td,Fn,relative SQ values show no difference(P > 0.05).Conclusion: In a short period of time,the level of inflammatory factors and the amount of bacteria in saliva of patients with periodontitis were decreased,and the stability of the implants was the same as that of the healthy volunteers.In order to eliminate occlusal load factors,patients with mild to moderate periodontitis could get good prognosis... |
