Objective:Whole unstimulated saliva inflammatory cytokines content and early implant stability test for implants in patients with type 2 diabetes and non diabetes patients health, prognosis and effect on implant treatment for diabetic patients,as these patients implant preoperative evaluation and postoperative guarantee and improve the implant denture the success rate of reference.Methods:17 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(experimental group)and 17 cases of non-diabetes patients(control group)of whole unstimulated saliva samples were collected before planting and after planting for 4 weeks ?12 weeks and 24 weeks, the saliva was determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)in saliva IL-1 beta,TNF-alpha and ALP,and Florida probe inspect periodontal basic situation. The stability of implant was measured by Osstell resonance frequency analyzer at operating?4 weeks and 12 weeks after implantation. Results The depth of periodontal exploration in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, and the depth of the contrast detection in the two groups was smaller and smaller, and all had statistical significance(P < 0.05).The content of the test group in the saliva of IL-1 beta and TNF-were significantly higher than the control group(P < 0.05),The contents of IL-1 beta and TNF-alpha in saliva of two groups decreased with time, with statistical significance(P < 0.05).Compared with the two groups of ALP in saliva,no significant statistical difference(P > 0.05).Tf,Pg and Fn of the four examination relative SQ value results gradually reduced, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference between the Td values of SQ(P > 0.05).The relative SQ values of Pg and Fn in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The relative SQ value of Tf in the test group was less than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).There was no difference between the experimental group and the control group in the relative SQ value of Td(P > 0.05).The ISQ(implant stability quotient)value of the experimental group was not significantly different from the control group(P > 0.05).The ISQ value was significantly higher than the value at the 24 weeks in two groups(P < 0.05).Conclusion Early implant stability in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus is almost the same as the healthy controls, excludes the occlusal factors, the patients with type 2 diabetes can also obtain the cultivation of good prognosis in the early.
