Application Of Lipid Metabolism Disorder In Patients With Non Irritant Whole Saliva Method Line Fully Prognosis Short-term Analysis Of Curative Effect

Objective:Study of lipid metabolism disorder patients with dentition defect planting denture periodontal and implant after weeks of inspection,inflammatory factor expression,the relative amounts of bacteria in saliva and implant stability,analysis of lipid metabolic disorder patients prognosis of planting condition.Methods:The lipid metabolism disorders of patients with dentition defect set as the experimental group,blood fat and healthy dentition defect patients as control group,before planting,planting after 4weeks,12 weeks,24 weeksto collect patients saliva,ELISA method to detect in salivary interleukin 6(IL-6)and interleukin 1 ?(IL-1 ?),tumor necrosis factor ?(TNF-?),RT-PCR detection of Pg,Tf,Td,Fn the relative amount,Osstell ISQTM resonance frequency wireless analyzer test the stability of the implant,and Florida probe detection of periodontal status.Results:Two groups of agent diagnosis after planting depth(PD),bleeding index(BI),resonance frequency wireless analyzer test implant stability of numerical value of ISQ no statistical difference(P > 0.05).Between groups before planting,cultivation,after 4 weeks,12 weeks ISQ value,IL-6,IL-1?,expression of TNF-?comparative difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Before planting experimental IL-6,IL-1?,the expression of TNF-? is higher than the control group(P <0.05);And 6 months after planting experimental group and control group before planting IL-6,IL-1 ?,the expression of TNF-? no statistical difference(P > 0.05).Pg,Tf,Fn relative SQ value four results gradually reduce,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),Td relative SQ value of four test results no difference(P > 0.05),the experimental group and control group in Pg,Tf,Td,Fn relative SQ value results no difference(P > 0.05).Conclusion:Plant lipid metabolism disorder in patients withpostoperative like blood lipid health with good implant stability,namely the lipid metabolic disorder patients can also obtain a good prognosis.
