Objective:The aim of this study was to explore associated risk factors of intestinal obstruction amang cesarean section cases. Methods: In our hospital from July 2013 to June2016,forty patients with intestinal obstruction after cesarean section were the case group, while 200 patients without intestinal obstruction were randomly selected as the control group at the same period.Retrospective analysis was used to test clinical data of the case and control groups. Moreover,a univariate and multivariate logistic regressions was used to analyze the potential factors for the clinical risks. Results: Among 8934 women surveyed,40(4.5‰)developed a intestinal obstruction after a cesarean section.Multivariate logistic regression analysis identified that nationality(Kazak),emergency operation, operation time?1h,amount of bleeding?800ml,chronic pelvic inflammatory disease, myomectomy in operation were risk factors of intestinal obstruction after cesarean section(P<0.05).6 research factors of merger OR values and 95% confidence interval(CI)are respectively 6.05(1.53 28.83),3.12(1.367.17),2.54(1.12 5.75),6.21(1.67 23.09)and8.95(2.02 39.63).Conclusion: There were the inter actions for several factors for the intestinal obstruction after the cesarean section. The potential risk factors included nationality(Kazak),emergency operation, operation time ? 1h,amount of bleeding ? 800 ml,chronic pelvic inflammatory disease, myomectomy in operation. Thus,it is possible to early diagnosis and early treatment for these patients.
