Objective Toinvestigate the risk factors of scar diverticulum formation after cesarean sectionMethods Selected 204 cases after cesarean section in northwest women`s and children`s hospital from January 2016 to December 2019,among them,71 cases were in the case group who were diagnosed with PCSD formation by transvaginal sonography review42 days after surgery,in addition,133 pregnant women without PCSD with perfect clinical data were selected as the control group. The main observation indicators include the following aspects:(1)General conditions during pregnancy: age?body mass index(BMI)before childbirth?pregancy?parity?gestational age?neonatal weight?and number of births;(2)Complications during pregnancy:including gestational diabetes mellitus ?hypertensive disorders of pregnancy;(3)Perioperative conditions:premature rupture of membranes?group B streptococcus(GBS)?timing of cesarean section?placenta previa?intraoperative blood loss?amniotic fluid contamination?postoperative blood examination(white blood cell cuunt?neutrophil percentage)?anemia, and low protein anemia?fever after surgery;(4)Uterine scar:number of cesarean section and the time interval from the cesarean section;(5)Postpartum examination:uterine location?uterine cavity separation?endometriosis of uterine incision?scar constitution.Results1.Comparison of observational indicators such as the general situation of maternal patients, complication during pregnancy, and perioperative period(except postoperative fever)in the case group and the control group, suggesting that they are not related to the formation of uterine scar diverticula after cesarean section(P> 0.05).2.In the case group, there were 16 cases of postoperative fever, accounting for 22.5%,47 cases of successful follow-up of the uterus, including 33 cases of posterior uterus, accounting for 70.2%,32 cases of uterine cavity separation, accounting for 84.2%,and 57 cases of abdominal wound healing follow-up,of which There were 32 cases of scar constitution, accounting for 56.1%.Compared with the data of the control group, they were all higher than the control group(P <0.05),and the OR value was> 1,95% CI lower limit was> 1,which was postoperative fever, posterior uterus, and uterus.Cavityseparation and scar constitution are risk factors for uterine scar diverticulum formation after cesarean section. Conclusions The formation of uterine scar diverticula after cesarean section may be related to postoperative fever, posterior uterus, separation of the uterine cavity, scar constitution and other factors. The above indicators all affect the healing of cesarean section incision.
