Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Type Abnormal Balgam Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia By Conbined Treatment Of Traditional Uyghur Medicine And Western Medicine

Objective:TO evaluate the clinical efficacy of conbined treatment of traditional Uyghur medicine and Western medicine in the treatment of type abnormal balgam Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia(BPH).Methods:Select diagnosed type abnormal balgam benign prostatic hyperplasia met the inclusion criteria of the 124 patients in surgical department of The Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Uygur Medical Hospital from January 2016 to January 2017,The patients were aged 46 to 85 years,The median age was 60.5 years(P25=55 years,P75=65 years),120 patients met the inclusion criteria,nonrandomly divided into treatment group(Uyghur medicine + Tamsulosin)and control group(Tamsulosin),60 patients in each group.Therapy 21 days,observed in patients with type abnormal balgam benign prostatic hyperplasia before and after treatment the International Prostate Symptom Score,quality of life score,clinical symptoms score,residual urine volume,prostate volume changes.Result:1.The curative effect of treatment group was better than control group(p<0.05).2.two groups of international prostate symptom score,quality of life scores,residual urine volume after treatment than before treatment decreased;and the improvement of the treatment group,these indicators Degree than the control group(P<0.05).3.After treatment,the two sets of patients prostate volume and plasma levels of PSA(prostate-specific antigen)were not reduce(P(29)0.05).Conclusion:Conbined treatment of traditional Uyghur medicine and Western medicine in treatment of type abnormal balgam prostatic hyperplasia model can improve the international prostate symptom score ofpatients,quality of life score,clinical symptomsscore,residual urine volume,in improving symptoms and improve the lives of patients Quality and conbined treatment of traditional Uyghur medicine and Western medicine in general has certain advantages and has little side reaction thus deserving popularization.
