Optimization Of Clinical Research With Combine Of Chinese Medicine And Western Medicine To Treat Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia

Objective:By comparing the clinical efficacy of the joint capsule Longbishu doxazosin mesylate,Longbishu capsules and doxazosin only treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH),and to explore the mechanism of its efficacy further.To provide a basis clinical treatment optimization program for better.Methods:In clinical90patients from the Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine andrology clinic.Upon inquiry, history, digital rectal examination, B-ultrasound, Uroflowmetry and other patients diagnosed with benign prostatic hyperplasia.Randomly generated using SPSS software, be randomly assigned patients were randomly divided into different groups. The cases included90cases divided by the ratio of1:1:1to A, B, C three groups of30patients. Treatment group (groupB) oral Longbishu capsules, each0.9g, twice a day; doxazosin each2mg, once a day. A control group doxazosin plus placebo Longbishu;Group C is Longbishu capsules placebo and doxazosin, use the same original drug. Symptoms, IPSS, Qmax, residual urine volume, prostate volume and other indicators were compared before and after treatment.Results:After treatment, the treatment group (groupB) than the control group (A, C). A total effective rate is86.96%and the total effective rate of group B is91.30%, the total effective rate of roup C is76.92%. Three significant difference in symptom score, International Prostate score sheet (IPSS), quality of life score (Qol), maximum urinary flow rate (Qmax) were significantly improved, in which the treatment group (group B) was significantly better than the control group (A and group C), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The prostate volume (PV), residual urine volume before and after treatment, no significant improvement (P>0.05).Conclusion:Longbishu capsule joint doxazosin mesylate significantly reduced in patients with BPH International Prostate Score (IPSS).Significant improvement in BPH patients with Clinical symptoms ofdysuria,Nocturia, urinary thinning and lower abdomen pain, etc.Longbishu joint capsule doxazosin mesylate can significantly improve the quality of life and maximum urinary flow rate in patients with BPH. three programs reduce prostate volume, reducing residual urine volume terms the effecy are not obvious.Three treatment groups did not significantly adverse reactions during the study.
