| Objective: This study guided by the theory of Uighur medicine, the abnormal savda disease of mammary gland hyperplasia patients as the research object, using controlled clinical study before and after treatment method,Main observe the breast pain and breast lumps,and secondary observe the syndrome of Uyghur medicine,evaluate the Uyghur medical comprehensive therapy to treat abnormal Savda mammary gland hyperplasia clinical curative effect. Method: 1. This project based on diagnostic criteria, inclusion and exclusion criteria collection of Abnormal Savda Hyperplasia of mammary glands in 60 cases.meeting requirements were given ASMq 100 ml, oral, two times a day, according to Uyghur medicine syndrome type quantitative score, according to the severity oral 45-90 days in a row;ASMs oral,100ml/times,twice a day,eaten after a meal; According to the condition in body fluids, oral 3~5days after the treatment with ASMq;Majuni Mari Afi 5g, oral, two times a day, continuous oral 90 days; External breast Zi Ma De was packet breast, 50 g, topical, topical drugs once a day; 10 days for a course of treatment;The end of the three course of treatment after,all patients before and after treatment in accordance with breast pain, breast tumor size, credits the body with symptoms. establish a data table, The results were analyzed with statistical software, to observe the results. Result: 1. Before and after the treatment of breast pain score comparison : Breast pain score(The mean ± standard deviation) 9.27±1.60, After treatment decreased to 2.10±1.80; There was significant difference before and after treatment,(P<0.01); Analysis of curative effect of breast pain after treatment: The cure rate 25%, Significant efficiency 48%, effective rate 25%, Inefficient rate 2%, total effective rate :98%. 2. Integral values before and after treatment of breast lumps:The integral value of breast lumps(The mean ± standard deviation) 5.18±1.23,After treatment decreased to 3.53±0.87, There was significant difference before and after treatment,(P<0.01); Analysis of curative effect after treatment of breast masses: The cure rate 6%, Significant efficiency 58%, effective rate 24%, Inefficient rate12%, total effective rate 88%. 3. Safety evaluation: blood routine, liver, kidney function before and after treatment results show that were not significantly change, the test, before and after taking medicine there are no significant difference(P>0.05),and during treatment, without any obvious adverse reaction, the processed, have improved, security is good. Conclusion: traditional Uyghur medicine comprehensive treatment of mammary gland hyperplasia of abnormal savda can relieve breast pain, reduce or eliminate breast lumps, improve body accompanied by symptoms, curative effect is exact.
