Effects Of Uyghur Medicaltreatment On Serum IL-17, IL-23 And TGF-? Levels In Abnormal Balgam Hilit Vitiligopatients

Objective: To the Uyghur medicine theory as guidance,on the premise of vitiligo Uyghur medicine clinical curative effect and the modern scientific research methods to support,to explore the correlation of the inflammatory micro-adjustment factor of the abnormal humoral and inflammatory factors in the Uyghur patients with the acerbity mucous type vitiligo,and then to analyze the influence of the Uyghur medicine on the related inflammatory factors in vitiligo.Method: In clinical cases as the research object,to comply with the requirements in patients with western medicine diagnostic criteria and exclusion criteria,purified sample source,after informed consent,according to the uygur medicine industry standard,Uyghur abnormal humoral parting,using d medicine comprehensive therapy treatment,the curative effect was observed,blood sampling,and adopts the method of ELISA determination before and after treatment serum IL-17 patients,IL-23,TGF-? three inflammatory factor levels,such as using multi-angle quantitative statistical methods,analysis of astringency phlegmatic temperament type of vitiligo inflammation factors change and the change of the above indexes before and after treatment;Observe the vital signs related to safety,urine,blood,routine,liver,renal function,ecg and other indicators.Result: 1)After the Uighur medicine comprehensive treatment astringency,found that people with vitiligo astringency phlegmatic temperament type of vitiligo patients serum and healthy control group number,we can know that vitiligo patients serum IL-17,IL-23,TGF-? ratio is lower than the normal control group,were statistically significant(P<0.05);2)Before and after treatment of patients with vitiligo,there was statistical significance(P<0.05),il-23,and il-17 cell number before and after treatment of patients with vitiligo before and after treatment(P>0.05);3)The safety index of the results showed that in vitiligo patients before and after treatment of white blood cells,red blood cells and other eight security evaluation index had no difference(P>0.05),the results no statistical significance.Conclusion: Through research analysis Uighur medical treatment and astringency phlegmatic temperament type of vitiligo patients serum related inflammatory factor correlation,vitiligo patients before and after treatment of TGF-? has the change,and IL-17,IL-23 did not change,this may the Uighur medical treatment astringency phlegmatic on inflammation treatment of vitiligo lack validity,deserves further research.
