Observe On Clinic Effect Of The Treatment Of Both Xiao Ying Ping Liu Tang And Thyroid Hormone Tablets For Thyroid Adenomas

Objective:To explore the pathogenesis of Thyroid Adenomas, observe the treatment of clinical effect of Xiao Ying Ping Liu Tang with thyroid hormone tablets for this disease.Methods:Divided 60 patients evenly into treatment group (treated with both Xiao Ying Ping Liu Tang and thyroid hormone tablets) and control group (treated with Xiao Ying Ping Liu Tang). After treatment course finished, the two groups'integration of all symptoms, maximum diameter of adenoma, numbers of adenoma, integration of compression, breath and swallow, level of T3, T4 and TSH would be counted and compared.Results:1. The total effective rate in treatment group is higher than in control group(P<0.01).2. The treatment group has better effect than control group on improving the integration of all symptoms and the level of T3 and T4, cutting down the maximum diameter of adenoma, reducing the numbers of adenoma and relieving compressin (P>0.05).3. The control group has no effect on relieving difficult swallow and improving the integration of the level of TSH (P>0.05).4. The effect is closely related to adenoma size, if the adenoma diameter score <2 points, both group can get good effect; if the adenoma diameter score >2 points, both group can not get good treatment outcomes.Conclusions:Both treatment group and control group in the treatment of thyroid adenomas have shown good clinical efficacy, but the overall effect of the treatment group is better than the control group. Treatment of integrative medicine will help improve clinical efficacy. Patients with small nodules and light condition can be treated with both Xiao Ying Ping Liu Tang and thyroid hormone tablets. Serious patients should be treated with surgery.
