Clinical Observations On The Efficacy Of Quyidifang In Treating DPN And Its Influence On Hcy

Objective:To observe Quyidi in diabetic peripheral neuropathy(diabetic peripheral neuropathy,DPN)treatment the curative effect and the patients'blood homocysteine(homocysteine,Hcy)level and the effect of nerve conduction velocity,further verify remove Quyidi alleiating DPN curative effect,evaluate of its safety,for the clinical application of Quyidi treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy and improve TCM syndrome provides a new basis.Methods:Qi and Yin deficiency,phlegm and blood stasis resistance type winding DPN confirmed 70 cases of patients with based on the principles of randomized into two groups,the treatment group(n = 35),and the control group(n = 35).The basis of two groups of patients taking treatments are consistent.The control group taking a piece of cobalt amine,500 ug,3 times/day.Treatment group take Quyidi,a dose of daily,Fried 300 ml water,morning and night temperature,and add a piece of cobalt amine,500 ug,3 times/day.Two groups of treatment are based on a course of 12 weeks.Before and after treatment were observed in patients with nerve conduction velocity and blood homocysteine.Results:?After the treatment,two groups of patients with fasting plas-Sma saccharification Hemoglobin(HbA1c)were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05),and the patients in treatment group improved clearly than the control group(P<0.05).?After treatment,all of the patients' TCM syndrome integral were lower(P<0.05),and the treatment group improved more than the control group.Treatment group and control group total effective rate were 94.3%,71.4%,indicates the Quyidi a cobalt amine curative effect is better than a cobalt amine treatment.? After treatment,two groups of patients with bilateral phil shallow nerve sensory nerve conduction velocity(SCV),phil total on both sides of motor nerve conduction velocity(MCV)were increased(P<0.05),and the treatment group improved better than a cobalt amine in the control group.?After treatment,two groups of patients with a decrease in TG,TC,LDL-C,statistically significant difference(P<0.05);HDL-C increased significantly,the obvious differences,statistically significant(P<0.05)and the joint treatment group is better than the control group.? Both of two groups of patients after treatment,blood homocysteine levels were decreased,the Quyidi combined therapy with a cobalt amino group blood homocysteine falling than a cobalt amine in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:?Quyidi can improve the qi and Yin is worth two deficiency,phlegm and blood stasis resistance type winding DPN patients syndromes.?Quyidi can effectively relieve patients with limb numbness,dry mouth,thirst,fatigue,five upset hot,shortness of breath,spontaneous sweating,night sweating,lazy words disease symptoms.? Quyidi can effectively improve patients with bilateral total nerve MCV motor nerve conduction velocity,phil shallow nerve SCV sensory nerve conduction velocity.? Quyidi in patients with lower TG,TC,LDL-C,raise HDL-C level,lower blood sugar levels.?Quyidi can reduce the patients with DPN blood homocysteine levels,it may be the mechanism of treatment of DPN by reducing blood homocysteine.
