ObjectiveThrough the detection of the quantity of BDNF expression in brain tissue in model rats with ICH(Intracerebral hemorrhage,ICH),we study the Hani nationality medicine prescription "Monaqi" treatment of ICH and to explore the mechanism of "Monaqi" in the treatment of ICH.Methods72SD rats were randomly divided into control group,sham operation group,model group and Monaqi group,by injecting autologous blood into caudate nucleus to replicate rat model of ICH,after 3 hours and the intervention of 3 days in accordance with the Berderson standard for evaluation of the signs of neurological defect score after the rats were sacrificed,and the brain water content determination the brain with dry wet weight method,detected by in situ hybridization method stem number change prognosis of BDNF positive cells,observe the morphological change of the brain tissue HE staining method.Results1.After 3 days of ICH,Monaqi group and model group showed bleeding paralysis of the limbs,the blank control group and sham operation group rats had no neurological abnormalities.Compared with the model group,the Monaqi group had improvement in neurological function(P<0.05).2.Compared with the model group,the brain water content of the Monaqi group was lower(P<0.05).3.Morphological observation showed that the model group brain tissue hemorrhage and necrosis around most of the cells,in the cytoplasm of many hemosiderin granules,nuclear condensation,chromatin disintegrated and dispersed in the cytoplasm,infiltration of inflammatory cells,glial cells formed fiber cyst,scattered around the hematoma,Monaqi group compared to the model group cells with regular structure that arrangement is neat,less inflammatory cells in blank group and sham operation group organizational structure is complete,no obvious pathological changes.4.The quantities of the cells that cecrete BDNF was more than that in model group(P<0.01),control group and sham operation group had no positive expression of BDNF cells.ConclusionsMonaqi may protect brain tissue and improve neurological function by promoting the expression of brain-derived neurotrophic factor in brain.
