Objective:To investigate the protected nerve injury mechanism of annaopingchong pill in the model of intracerebral hemorrhage rats.Methods:To establish an intracerebral hemorrhage model in rats by injecting autologous arterial blood at caudate. The rats were randomly divided into sham-operation group, model group, Annaopingchong pill group, Piracetam group. There were24rats in each group, and given the corresponding drugs. After cerebral hemorrhage24h,48h,72h,120h, neural function defect scale, getting blood from abdominal aorta detected NES, S100b, with ELISA method, then brain was turned on and detected BDNF protein by immunohistochemical method which expressed around hematoma.Results:①Hemorrhage in rats after each time point,rats neural function score of the model is higher than the sham operation group; there is statistical significance (p<0.05); no statistical significance among the24h the model group (p>0.05); annaopingchong pill group in48h,72h,120h compared with the model group was statistically significant (p<0.05);in72h compared with piracetam group had statistical significance (p<0.05);72h,120h piracetam group compared with the model group was statistically significant (p<0.05).②Each time point after intracerebral hemorrhage in rats, NSE, S100b’s concentration in serum of the model group compared with the sham operation group was statistically significant (p<0.01); no statistical significance among the24h model group (p>0.05); there was statistical significance for48h,72h,120h,annaopingchong pill group NSE, S100b concentration compared with the model group (p<0.01); compared with piracetam group, there is statistical significance (p<0.05); piracetam group compared with the model group was statistically significant (p<0.05).③Each time point after intracerebral hemorrhage in rats, the model group of BDNF around hematoma protein expression were higher than the sham operation group, there was significant (p<0.01);24h there was no statistical significance among the model group (p>0.05);48h,72h,120h annaopingchong pill group increased brain BDNF expression of, there was statistical significance compared with the model group (p<0.01); piracetam group compared with the model group was statistically significant (p<0.05);48h,120h annaopingchong pill group BDNF expressed higher than piracetam group, with statistical significance (p<0.05).Conclusion:After intracerebral hemorrhage in rats, NSE, S100b’s concentration increasing, and reached the peak at72h,120h was decreased, but still higher than that in the model group. Expressed of BDNF around hematoma,24hours increased, peaked at48h,72h,120h expressied was decreased, but still higher than sham operation group; annaopingchong pill may increase the expression of BDNF, reduce NSE, S100b concentration to protect the cerebral nerve of cerebral hemorrhage.
