Abdominal Needle With Moxibustion Treatment Curative Effect Observation Of Type Cold Dampness Grinds To Primary Dysmenorrhea

Objective Observe the abdominal needle with moxibustion treatment of type cold dampness grinds to the clinical curative effect of primary dysmenorrhea.Methods Will be up to the standard of diagnosis and into,eliminate,90 cases of type sp grinds to primary dysmenorrhea patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group 45 cases each.The observation group with abdominal needle moxibustion treatment,control group using conventional filiform needle acupuncture treatment.In the before and after one course of treatment,treatment after 3 course of dysmenorrhea symptom scores and VAS pain score,the analysis of different interventions in type cold dampness grinds to a curative effects in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea.Results After one course of treatment and after 3 period of treatment,the dysmenorrhea symptom scores of two groups of patients situation and degree of dysmenorrhea pain scores were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05),and the observation group patients with dysmenorrhea symptom scores and degree of dysmenorrhea pain score cases in control group were significantly lower than the same period(P<0.05).Two groups of patients after 3 course of the treatment of dysmenorrhea symptom scores after 1 course of the same period situation and degree of dysmenorrhea pain scores were significantly lower(P<0.05),and the degree of pain and dysmenorrhea symptom scores of observation group patients score significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Observation group patients recovery rate,significant efficiency and total effective rate were significantly higher than the control group,patients with significant statistical significance difference between the groups.Conclusion Abdominal needle with moxibustion treatment can obviously reduce the patient's degree of dysmenorrhea pain score,effectively alleviate the symptoms of type cold dampness grinds to primary dysmenorrhea patients,compared with conventional needle group,patients with higher cure rate and effective.
