| Object:This research adopts the sall sample randomized controlled clinical study.To objectively evaluate the clinical effects to the patients with the ovulatory disorder in Polycystic Ovary Syndrome(PCOS)by Najia method of Midnight-noon ebb-flow,preliminary exploration of its mechanism.Method:According to the inclusion criteria to select the cases,60 patients with the ovulatory disorder in PCOS were randomly divided into he treatment group(30 cases)and the control one(30 cases)by lottery.The treatment group was given the therapy combining Najia method of Midnight-noon ebb-flow with ordinary acupuncture.And the control group was simply used the ordinary acupuncture treatment.Analysis all datum and evaluating the effect by statistics after 3 courses of treatment.Result:(1)After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group is 86.7% and the control group is 70%.There were significant differences in the two groups(P<0.05).It's inferred that the curative effect of the treatment group is better than the control one.(2)The comparison was significant differences in both before and after therapy in TCM total symptom score(P<0.01).It's inferred that the two groups can improve the TCM total symptom score.After the treatment,there were more significant differences among two groups(P < 0.01),It's inferred that the treatment group is better than the control one.(3)After treatment,The two groups of LH,T,LH/FSH ratio has dropped.The significant differences in treatment group about the serum gonadal hormone(P <0.05).FSH comparison between before and after treatment,Two groups were nostatistical significance(P > 0.05).E2 of the two groups after treatment were rising trend,but it is similar between the two groups has no statistical significance(P >0.05).The results show that the two groups of LH,T,LH/FSH ratio have a regulatory role,the E2 rising trend;The treatment group of LH,T,LH/FSH ratio improvement is better than the control group.(4)After treatment,The two groups of homeostasis model assessment-insulin resistance,fasting blood-glucose,fasting insulin and body mass index were decreased in the body mass index before the treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).It's inferred that the two groups of treatment can improve patients' homeo stasis model assessment-insulin resistance,fasting blood-glucose,fasting insulin and body mass index,but the improvement of treatment group is better than the control group.(5)There were significant difference at endometrial thickness,the largest follicle diameter and ovulation rate in two groups in pretherapy and post-treatment(P<0.05).It's inferred that the two groups can improved the endometrial thickness,the largest follicle diameter and ovulation rate.The treatment group had more significant differences than the control in the largest follicle diameter and situation of ovulation(P < 0.05).It's inferred that the two groups were no difference in endometrial thickness and situation of follicular development,but in largest follicle diameter and situation of ovulation the treatment group is better than the control one.(6)The treatment group observation cycle is 117 and ovulation period in 87,the ovulation rate was 72.4%.The control group observation cycle is 112 and ovulation period in 68,the ovulation rate was 64.8%.Compare two groups of ovulation rate,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The statistical results show that the two methods of treatment all can improve patients with ovulation,the treatment group ovulation rate is higher than the control group.(7)There were 16 patients in treatment group have pregnancy requires and 6patients become pregnant,pregnancy rate is 37.5%.There were 17 patients in control group have pregnancy requires and 3patients become pregnant,the pregnancy rate is17.6%.There was statistically significant in both(P>0.05).It's inferred that the two groups can improved pregnancy,but the effect of the two groups have no obvious statistical significance.Conclusion: The study shows that both of therapies can refine the clinical symptom,sign and biochemical indicators of the patients with PCOS.According to compared serum sex hormones,fasting glucose,fasting insulin,the comparison of B ultrasonic examination of patients,the treatment group is more effective than the control in refining the sex hormones,insulin resistance index,body mass index,endometrial thickness,follicular development and ovulation.The treatment group is better than the control in refining the TCM syndrome,menstrual condition and gestation.All in all,the result point out that this method might have certain effect to treat the ovulatory disorder in PCOS and it can be used in clinic.In this study,pinprick of Najia method of Midnight-noon ebb-flow to treated the ovulatory disorder in PCOS,the mechanism is this treatment can regulate the physiological function of the“hypothalamic-pituitary-ovarian-womb” axis,causing positiv regulation to endocrine by hypothalamic,promoting the growth of follicles,and induced ovulation. |
