The Observation Of ECG In CHD Patients Treated By Najia Method Of Midnight-noon Ebb-flow

Objective:To observe the effect of najia method of midnight-noon ebb-flow acupuncture in CHD patients.Indexes of ECG. are selected in the study.Make comparison of effect between acupuncting neiguan and najia method acupoint selection.To prove the effectiveness and practicality of time treatment theory and provide evidence for clinical acupoints application.Method:Sixty patients are randomly and averagely divided into two groups,one group are treated by acupuncting neiguan and the acupoints of the other group are chosen by najia method.The indexes of ECG are recorded and analysed in three times including before the study,15 minutes and 30 minutes after withdrawing needles.Results: Both groups have statistical meanings (P<0.05) before and after the treatments. there is no statistical meaning between the effect of two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion:Both methods can improve the blood supply of CHD. Najia method of midnight-noon ebb-flow acupuncture is effective and practical.The study provides impersonal evidence for the method.
