| Objective: Observe the electro-acupuncture of Zusanli in two different states of gastric meridian opening(7 a.m to 9 a.m-qi and blood flourishing time of stomach meridian)and non-opening(9 a.m.to 11 a.m.-qi and blood in stomach meridian are not flourishing),and to compare the differences in gastrointestinal electrograms at different times,and simultaneously monitor changes of the volunteers' gastrointestinal activity.To explore whether the human body has the effect of “opening” electro-acupuncture meridians better than “non-opening” and the meridian-visceral correlation at different times,and provide experimental data for the clinical application of meridian flow injection method.Method: EGEG-8D electrogastrograph was used to record gastrointestinal electrograms of 30 healthy volunteers at different time points of gastric meridian(gastric body,antrum)and intestine(ascending colon,descending colon)in natural state for 10 minutes,electroacupuncture for 20 minutes and 10 minutes after electro-acupuncture.To analyze and compare the gastrointestinal functional status differences of healthy people under different electroacupuncture conditions at different times.Results:1.The performance and characteristics of gastrointestinal electrogram in healthy people at different times of the gastric meridian in the natural state(1)There are mainly three performance of the characteristics of the gastrointestinal electrogram in the natural state of the volunteers,whether it is when the stomach is opened or not.First,the amplitude and area of the gastrointestinal electrogram are low and the rhythm is stable.Second,the amplitude and area of the gastrointestinal electrogram are high,and the rhythm is basically stable.Third,the amplitude and area of the gastrointestinal electrogram are obviously dynamic change,high and low,and unstable rhythm.(2)There was no significant difference in the amplitude and area of the gastrointestinal electrograms between the stomach,antrum,ascending colon and descending colon at the time of gastric opening and non-opening,which was not statistically significant(p> 0.05).2.The performance and characteristics of gastrointestinal function in healthy people at different times of electro-acupuncture at Zusanli(1)From the response of the amplitude and area of each lead of the gastrointestinal electrogram,the rise and fall of the stomach(stomach,antrum)and the intestine(ascending colon,descending colon)at the time of opening and non-opening were similar.(2)During 20 minutes of electro-acupuncture,the amplitude and area of gastrointestinal electrogram at the opening and non-opening of gastric meridians were synchronously and bidirectionally changed.Electro-acupuncture can increase the amplitude and area of the lower gastrointestinal electrogram,decrease the amplitude and area of the higher gastrointestinal electrogram,the chaotic rhythm in the natural state tends to be regular and orderly.(3)The effect of the electro-acupuncture on the amplitude and area of the gastrointestinal electrogram is different when the stomach is opened and when it is not open.Compared with the electro-acupuncture,the amplitude of the gastrointestinal electrogram of the healthy person is There was a significant difference between the changes in area and area(p<0.01).However,the amplitude and area of gastrointestinal electrograms in healthy people were significantly different(p<0.05).The effect of gastrointestinal function in healthy people is more obvious than when the stomach is not open.3.The performance and characteristics of gastrointestinal function after stopping electroacupuncture at different times(1)When the electro-acupuncture is stopped,the immediate effect will be weakened,and the gastrointestinal electrogram will change at the opening and non-opening of the stomach meridian.The main performance was that the volunteers whose gastrointestinal function increased during electro-acupuncture would continue for a period of time and then slowly fall back,but there was no significant difference compared with the natural state(p > 0.05).(2)Volunteer with decreased gastrointestinal function during electro-acupuncture showed a tendency to continue to decline after electro-acupuncture,which was statistically significant when compared with the natural state(p<0.01).When these two forms of decline reach a certain level,they will enter a relatively stable state and will not continue to fall.This indicates that there is a post-effect of electro-acupuncture,and this post-effect enters the plateau after a certain period of time.4.Comparison of the influence of the average amplitude and reaction area change rate of gastrointestinal electrograms on healthy people at different times(1)From the difference,amplitude of variation of average amplitude and reaction area of each site when the stomach is opened is larger than that when the stomach is not open,but the overall statistical significance was not significant.This indicates that the electro-acupuncture at the time of opening is more effective than the non-opening,but the acupuncture has a limited effect on the balance of the body in a healthy state.Conclusion:(1)In the natural state,there is no significant difference in the amplitude and area of the gastrointestinal electrogram between the gastric opening and the non-opening.(2)Electro-acupuncture at Zusanli can weaken the hyperactive gastrointestinal function and increase the lower gastrointestinal function in the natural state,and promote them to approach the equilibrium state.In a sense,it reflects that electro-acupuncture can regulate the functions of viscera in both directions,which is related to the state of the body itself.(3)The effect of acupuncture has aftereffect,and the time is limited.The body's selforganizing system can make appropriate self-regulation according to the functional state of the body's needs.(4)The effect of electro-acupuncture Zusanli on the regulation of gastrointestinal function in healthy people was more obvious when the stomach meridian was opened than when it was not.It shows that electro-acupuncture therapy has time specificity,and the effect of electroacupuncture is better when the meridian qi and blood are strong than when the meridian qi and blood are not
