The Research And Development Of Restructuring NEW BABAISAN

This research aim at the ancient prescriptions BABAISAN secondary development,collection and analysis of large data type document researchs which observating indexes for drug use frequency,filter 4 drugs to replace the 3 drugs(forbidden drug,Radix Angelica Dahurica,Semen Pharbitidis,Giant Rhizome Typhonium)in the original party and BAIDINGXIANG which not recommended for cosmetics.The new prescription is made up of Silkworm Larva,Poria Cocos,Rhizoma Bletillae,Fructus Tribuli,Cortex Mori,Radix Ampelopsis,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Margarita,marked as NEW BABAISAN.With the new and old formula which extracting by different solvents(water,75% ethanol)experiment of inhibiting tyrosinase activity.Results showed statistically significant that the alcohol extract of NEW BABAISAN has higher tyrosinase inhibition rate than BABAISAN's extract.And,The experimental test results showed nonpolar macroporous adsorption resin is not suitable for purificating target active ingredient.On the basis of the experimental conclusion,study on the early development of the NEW BABAISAN ethanol extract of facial mask products by the various methods including Formula selection,Sample trial,Stability investigation,Trial evaluation etc.Results show that the mask has the potential value for development.In the third chapter of this paper,to technical support for follow-up study,collecting and summarizing the beauty whitening literaturedata of the 12 kinds of drugs which are involved in the experiment.
