The Clinical Study On Treating Transverse Process Syndrome Of Third Lumbar Vertebra By The Combination Kneading And Rubbing

Objective Observation on the clinical effect of the combination kneading and rubbing in the treatment of third lumbar transverse process syndrome.Method 60 patients in the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine hospital were randomly divided into experimental group(the combination kneading and rubbing)and control group(routine technique),and 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional massage method and the experimental group was treated with massage method on the basis of the control group.The treatment group was treated once a day,each treatment for 20 minutes,5 times a course of treatment,total 1 treatments.The scores of VAS(visual Analogue Scale Score),PD(pain degree)and Joa(Japanese Orthopedic Association)were observed in the two groups before and after treatment,and the collected data were sorted and inputted into SPSS21.0 software for statistical analysis.Results:1?The general data of the two groups(sex,age,course of disease)and the VAS score,PD value and JOA score of before-treated were compared and the results were not statistically significant(P>0.05),which showed the comparability.2?Compared with before-treated,the after-treated results of VAS,PD and JOA in the experimental group were statistically significant(P <0.05).3?Compared with before-treated,the after-treated results of VAS,PD and JOA in the control group were statistically significant(P <0.05).4?Compared with control group,the after-treated results of VAS,PD and JOA in the experimental group were statistically significant(P <0.05).5?The apparent rate of 83.33% in experimental group was better than that of control group 60%.Conclusion Rubbing method can effectively treat the third lumbar transverse process syndrome,and the effect of conventional massage method is significant.
