| Objective:Clinical observation on acpotomology Xibishu medicine bag in treatment of knee osteoarthritis efficacy relief after treatment and dysfunction of the improvement,evaluation of the feasibility and effectiveness of the treatment,in order to prove the Xibishu Decoction powder medicine bag for treating knee pain and improve function has good curative effect,to provide a more effective and convenient to pomote this method?Methods:From August 2015-2016 year in November during the visits to the outpatient department of orthopedics the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University Of Chinese Medicine,met the diagnostic criteria of knee osteoarthritis,80 patients were included in the standard,were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The control group was 40 cases,with Xibishu decoction,40 cases in the treatment group,a powder bagging treatment on the basis of Haitongpi decoction.Two groups were treated for half a month,the after treatment pain score,knee function score,the results were analyzed statistically.Results:The treatment group was treated with Xibishu decoction medicine bag has 8 patients were cured,24 cases reached markedly,among the 6 patients after treatment with good effect,is effective,the curative effect of 2 patients were not ideal as invalid,the total effective rate is 95%,the cure rate was 20%;and the use of Haitpngpi decoction as the control group,the cure level of the patients in 6 cases,the number of patients is 18 level,but the effects of patients with 11 cases,as effective,effective in 5 cases after the treatment of the poor,will be incorporated into the void,the overall group was 87.5%,the cure rate was 15%.Conclusion:Treatment of two treatment of knee osteoarthritis has certain curative effect,but the Xibishu decoction medicine bag overall effective rate and the cure rate is higher than that of Haitpngpi Decoction applied directly,and the former is more convenient,less pain,safe and reliable,worthy of clinical use. |
