Clinical Observation About Fu Fang Si Wu Tang To Cure Swelling And Pain After Total Knee Arthroplasty

This experiment are conducted by the same group of doctors, total knee arthroplasty operation time are completed within 90 min, by epidural anesthesia, which use airbags tourniquets, tourniquet pressure control in 40～45, and tourniquet use no more than 90 min, knee midline incision into the road, from the inside by the patellar incision into the knee joint cavity, sterile pads postoperative topical side body, elastic bandage, elastic bandage, are removed within 48 hours, drive up limb, encourage patients early limb function exercise. The control group given celecoxib capsules (trade name:celebrex) a bid, the spirit of ginkgo da mo 15-20 MLQD exceed a bid group on the basis of control group, postoperative oral compound siwu decoction on the first day of 150 ml the bid. Observation:patellar edge on the third day after week of thigh diameter 15 cm, crus the thick diameter in weeks, pain VAS score, after a week of patella on the flange on week of thigh diameter 15 cm, crus the thick diameter in weeks, pain VAS score, after two weeks of patella on the flange on week of thigh diameter 15 cm, crus the thick diameter in weeks, pain VAS score, surgery after 48h pull out the tube drainage amount, post operative week line of colorResults:1. Gender and age differences between control group and observation group had no statistical significance (P>0.05);2. It can be seen that using compound siwu decoction can better eliminate artificial leg swelling degree of patients after total knee arthroplasty.3. It can be seen that using compound siwu decoction can better eliminate swelling of patients after total knee arthroplasty.5. The control group and observation group of postoperative DVT occurrence, there was no statistically significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion:compound siwu decoction in the treatment of swelling and pain after total knee arthroplasty has significant clinical curative effect and doesn’t make the traffic increase, can effectively prevent deep vein thrombosis. Considering the traditional Chinese medicine is safe and effective, economical and convenient taking, worthy of clinical popularization and application.
