Study Of Taohong Siwu Decoction On Post-hip Replacement Knee-joint Pain Clinical Effect Observation Based On The Concept Of 'Qi Hurt Causes Pain,Body Hurt Causes Turgescence'

Objective:Based on the concept of ‘Qi hurt causes pain,Body hurt causes turgescence ',the therapeutic effect of taohong siwu decoction on swelling and pain after knee joint replacement was discussed.More therapy pathways are provided to the patient for the regress of early phase swelling and functional training.Methods:This paper collects 97 cases knee osteoarthritis with hospitalization in the department of orthopaedics of affiliated hospital of chengdu university of Chinese medicine,who are operated with replacement of artificial knee-joint,and theirs' knees do not have feeling.Then do the analysis with final selection of 60 cases in conformity with needs,classifying into 2 groups,namely the regular treatment group and the control group,30 patients in each group.The regular treatment group received conventional swelling reduction and analgesic anticoagulation treatment.The control group received conventional swelling reduction and analgesic anticoagulation treatment combined with oral taohong siwu decoction treatment after the first day of operation.7 days a course of treatment and oral Chinese medicine free decoction for 2 courses of treatment.The patients of the two groups were observed and recorded their VSA scores of pain during rest and activity on the third,fifth and seventh days after surgery,the knee swelling degree after three,fifth,seventh days.HSS score of knee joint was performed 3 days,7 days and 14 days after surgery.The data was statistically analyzed using SPSS21.0.Results: 1.There were statistically significant difference in static pain VAS score on the third and fifth day after surgery between the two groups(P<0.05),and there was no statistically significant differences in VAS score on the seventh day after surgery(P>0.05).There were statistically significant difference in exercise pain VAS score on the third,fifith and seventh day after operation(P<0.05).2.There was no statistical difference between the two groups before the operation on swelling(P>0.05),but has comparable significance.There was no statistical difference on swelling comparison on day 3 after the operation(P>0.05),and there was a statistical difference on day 3,5 and 7 after the operation(P<0.05).3.There was no statistically significant difference in HSS score of the knee on 3 days after surgery(P>0.05),and there was statistically significant difference in HSS score of the knee on 7 days and 14 days after surgery between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion: On relieve swelling and pain after knee-joint replacement operation,both regular recovery treatment and regular recovery combined with Taohong siwu decoction are curative.However,the observation group of taohong siwu decoction combined with western medicine conventional analgesia and anticoagulation for swelling after total knee joint replacement,the analgesic effect was superior to the western medicine conventional analgesic control group,and the early postoperative rehabilitation exercise.According to the analysis of safety index,there was no significant adverse reaction during the treatment period,safety is good.
