| Purpose:Insomnia is a kind of difficult to fall asleep or sleep after easy to wake up,wake up and difficult to fall asleep and other symptoms for clinical manifestations of common disease,although not directly life-threatening,but its complications will increase the probability of death.This topic in the meridional lingers a method on the basis of,and took the heart sutra,the original point,take each other to open list meridians of the original point,the method was applied to heart kidney type don't hand in patients with insomnia,and comparison with conventional acupuncture treatment insomnia,aims to explore child,mail us the original method in clinical treatment of advantage,heart kidney type don't pay for acupuncture treatment insomnia provide new treatment methods and find out.Method:A total of 60 patients with insomnia(heart and kidney incompatibility)in the acupuncture clinic and treatment area of affiliated hospital of changchun university of traditional Chinese medicine were divided into treatment group and control group according to the principle of random number grouping.In the treatment group,patients were treated with meridional injection of najia and primordial method,and acupoints were selected:shenmen daling taixi on that day and the original acupoints in the interior and interior of the main meridians and the openings on that day.Patients in the control group were treated with conventional acupuncture,and the treatment course was the same as that in the treatment group.Ask the patient to adjust mood,light diet,regular work and rest,appropriate exercise.Result: 1.In the data before treatment,the average age of the treatment group was43.37±13.22 years old,and that of the control group was 43.23±12.30 years old.In terms of disease course,the average disease course of the treatment group was 9.033 ± 2.988(month),and that of the control group was 8.867±3.411(month).PSQI score: treatment group 14.36 ± 3.00,control group 13.70 ± 3.51.TCM syndrome score of insomnia:treatment group 40.53 ± 3.60,control group 39.57 ± 4.65.There was no significant difference in Pittsburgh sleep quality index score score of insomnia and TCM syndromescore standard scale score between the two groups(p > 0.05)in terms of age,sex and course of disease before treatment.2.In the post-treatment data,the PSQI score: 4.63 3.22 in the treatment group and 6.574.26 in the control group showed significant difference(P<0.05),which was statistically significant.The score of TCM syndrome of insomnia was 11.67 2.83 in the treatment group and 16.60 3.90 in the control group(p<0.05).3.In terms of clinical efficacy,the total effective rate of the treatment group was83.33%.In the control group,the total effective rate was 83.33%.In the control group,the total effective rate was 0 cases,9 cases,13 cases and 8 cases were effective,and the total effective rate was 73.33%..Conclusion:Using the meridional lingers,mail us the original method in the treatment group and routine acupuncture control group treat heart kidney is not handed in type insomnia have the clinical curative effect,but,in comparison with the application of meridian lingers,mail us the original method in the treatment group can better improve the patients' heart kidney is not handed in related symptoms,reducing other symptoms,triggered by wakefulness,improve the quality of life of patients,and no side effect,quick effect,find out less,easy to be accepted by patients,can be applied in clinic. |
