| ObjectiveIn this study, patients undergoing Orthotopic Liver Transplantation(OLP)were enrolled in it.Both the status of resilience and quality of life were analyzed and the general demographic data and clinical data were analyzed. This study is going to explore the correlation between the resilience and the quality of life of patients after liver transplantation,in order to provide theoretical basis for psychological counseling and psychological treatment of patients after liver transplantation, and find out the methods to improve the patients quality of life after liver transplantation.MethodsIn this study,cross-sectional survey and sampling were used to facilitate the sampling.Patients who met the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria were randomly selected from September 2015 to November 2016 in General Hospital of Guangzhou Military Command of PLA.They were asked to answer the questionnaire. The questionnaire was composed of three parts:the Connor and Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC),the Chinese version of the Short Form 36 Health Survey Questionnaire(SF-36),and the self-made general information Questionnaire. The data collected into the excel table to sort out, using the mean and standard deviation, rate and composition ratio of the sample data on the statistical description.Using the independent sample T test, the psychological elasticity and quality of life of the patients after liver transplantation were compared with their corresponding norm. The influence of demographic data and clinical data on the resilience and quality of life of patients after liver transplantation was analyzed by T test and variance analysis. The factors influencing the resilience of the patients after liver transplantation were analyzed by multiple stepwise regression analysis. The resilience and quality of life of patients after liver transplantation were analyzed by pearson correlation analysis. The effect of resilience on the quality of life was analyzed by independent sample T test.SPSS21.0 has been used for statistical software analysis. When P<0.05,the difference was considered statistically significant.Results(1)The resilience of patients after liver transplantation was lower than that of Chinese norm(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life of patients after livertransplantation was lower than that of Chinese norm(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)Social demographic data and clinical data showed:There were significant differences in resilience between different sex, age, marital status, educational level, religious belief, monthly income, type of medical insurance, primary disease type, transplantation age and complication(P<0.05).(3)Multiple stepwise regression equation of social demographic information and clinical data’ s effect on resilience showed:Gender, medical type, and complication factor income were analyzed by the regression equation of resilience as the dependent variable. The three shared the 59.3%(P<0.05),and the gender and medical type had significant positive effects.Disease has a significant negative impact.(4)Sociological data and cl inical data related to the relationship between body-related quality of life and physiology-related quality of life after liver transplantation were analyzed. The results showed that gender, age, marital status, educational level, religious belief, monthly income, medical insurance type,transplantation(P<0.05),and there were significant differences in psychological elasticity between the two groups(P<0.05).There was no difference in psychological quality of life(P>0.05).(5)The resilience scores of patients after liver transplantation were significantly correlated with physiological function, physiological function, physical pain, general health status, energy, social function, emotional function and mental health(P<0.05).Conclusion(1)The overall level of resilience of liver transplantation patients is relatively low,and the optimism dimension is the worst among them;and also showed low quality of life.(2)The resilience of the patients after liver transplantation is affected by sex, age, marital status, educational level, income, religious belief, social support, type of medical insurance, primary disease type, transplant age, complication, etc.what’s more, patients with higher age, married, higher level of education, betteer income, religious beliefs, medical insurance, the original disease for liver cancer, longer transplant age have higher level of resilience.Gender, medical type, and complication factors are important factors influencing the resilience of the patients.(3)The body-related survival and psychological-related quality of life of the patients after transplantation were affected by factors such as gender, age, marital status, educational level, income, religious belief, social support, medical insurance type, transplant life and complication. The original type of disease is also the body-related quality of life factors.(4)The resilience of patients after liver transplantation is proportional to the quality of life. The higher the psychological elasticity of patients, the better the quality of life. |
