The Observation Of Clinical Curative Effect Of Tianshi Jia Cang Prescription In Treating BRG Of Liver Qi Stagnation

Objective:To evaluate the clinical therapeutic effects and safety of Tian's prescription for bile reflux gastritis(liver Qi stagnation)by conducting the controlled clinical trial,the paper plans to provide the scientific references for the future clinical promotion.Methods:With the method of parallel controlled trial,this study choose 72 cases,which met the criteria set for the bile reflux gastritis patients,for traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),the clinical manifestation is liver Qi stagnation syndrome.The subjects were chosen form the clinics and hospitals in the department of spleen and stomach of TCM hospitals in Xiaoyi,Shanxi.The cases were equally divided into the treatment group and the control group by using the method of random number table,each group got 36 cases.The therapy for the patients in treatment group was oral Tian's prescription and hydrotalcite chewable tablets,for the patients in control group was oral hydrotalcite chewable tablets,the treatment period were four weeks for both groups.The paper observed and analyzed the clinical therapeutic effects of the two kind of therapies were concerned about several evaluation criteria as following:bile reflux degree,gastroscopic mucosal change,TCM symptoms score for each index,TCM symptoms aggregate score and safety evaluation criteria,finally evaluated the clinical therapeutic effects,the short-term and long-term effects of TCM symptoms,and the safety of Tian' s prescription for bile reflux gastritis.Results:The clinical therapeutic effects,the lowering TCM symptoms aggregate score,and the short-term and long-term effects of the treatment group was better than these of the control group(P<0.05);compared with the control group,the therapeutic effects for bile reflux of the treatment group was better(P<0.05);the therapy for the treatment group could effectively lower the TCM symptoms score for each index,especially relieving the distending pain in hypochondrium,scurrying pain,pulse string,eructation,chest tightness etc.(P<0.05).While for the therapeutic effect of nausea and vomitting and anorexia,the treatment group was not better than the control group(P>0.05).The effect of improving the gastric mucosa for the two group is similar(P>0.05).The research had safety without any adverse reaction,toxic or side effect.Conclusion:Tian's prescription combining with hydrotalcite chewable tablets could significantly relieve the symptoms of the bile reflux gastritis patients(liver Qi stagnation),especially relieving the distending pain in hypochondrium,scurrying pain,pulse string,eructation,chest tightness etc.This therpy could effectively improve the gastric mucosa.Moreover,compared with oral western medicine only,this therapy shows its great advantages in short-term and long-term effects and with high safety,deserves clinical promotion.
