Objective:Observe the clinical effect of transcutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation on lower limb motor dysfunction in stroke hemiplegiaMethods: Random number table method was used for grouping, and 72 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into a control group and a TEAS group.Control group: basic medical treatment and rehabilitation treatment.TEAS group: On the basis of the control group, percutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation treatment was added, once every 30 min, once a day,5 times/week for a total of 4 weeks of treatment. Before and after the treatment, the two groups were given the simplified lower limb Fugl-Meyer scale and modified Barthel index score to compare the improvement of lower limb motor function and daily living ability between the two groups. Results: 1.Fugl-Meyer scale comparison results: There was no statistical significance between the two groups of patients before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment, the lower limb scores of the two groups of patients were improved compared with before treatment, which was significantly improved There is a significant difference in comparison(P<0.05),indicating that both treatment methods have therapeutic effects;after treatment, the comparison between the two groups is P<0.05,which is statistically significant, indicating that the TEAS group is more effective.2.Research results of modified Barthel index scale score: The modified Barthel index scores of the two groups before treatment were not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment, the comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05),and it was clear that TEAS and conventional rehabilitation treatment had efficacy;after treatment, the comparison between the two groups was P<0.05,which was statistically significant, indicating that the TEAS group had a significant effect. Conclusion: Percutaneous electrical stimulation can effectively improve the motor function of lower limbs and the ability of daily life in patients with stroke and hemiplegia. |
