Clinical Study On Bile Reflux Gastritis With Soothing The Liver And Lowering The Adverse Qi And Clearing Away Gallbladder-heat And Regulating The Stomach

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Soothing the liver and lowering the adverse qi and clearing away gallbladder-heat and regulating the stamach in the treatment of Bile Reflux Gastritis and its therapeutic mechanisms.Methods:72 cases were divided into therapy groups(37 cases)and control groups(35 cases)randomly.The therapy group had taken Shuganqingjiang orally;the control group were given Cisapride. The changes of primary clinical symptoms and signs in all cases were observed and given evaluation after treatment.Result: The curative effect of the therapy group were obviously better than that of the control group (P<0.01 or P<0.05) . Conclusions:Shuganqingjiangtang is a effective formular to cure BRGThe mechanism of the formular is probably to promote gastritis emptying, harmonize stomach-duodena, improve pyloric function ,anti-gastritis, anti-ulcer, protect the coat of the stomach and regulate immunity.
