| Objective: Through collating the literature on the treatment of degenerative knee osteoarthritis in the past ten years,Analyze and summarize the acupuncture regularity of massage therapy for degenerative knee arthritis,to review the clinical efficacy of massage therapy for degenerative knee arthritis,provide a reliable basis for the future clinical application of massage to treat degenerative knee arthritis.Research Method: Using the methods of computer automatic search combined with manual search,through the search of domestic and foreign full-text databases including Pubmed,CNKI,VIP,CBM and other large domestic and international databases,search for literature on massage treatment of degenerative knee osteoarthritis in the last 10 years.Set the search period from January 2009 to December 2019,using advanced search,the search terms are limited to "degenerative knee osteoarthritis","bone paralysis" and include "massage" or "massage treatment",etc.First,input the literature information into the Microsoft Excel 2010 document to establish a database.The database content input includes manipulation,acupoints,meridians,parts,syndromes,gender,and age.After inputting the sorted data into SPSS23.0,analyze the manipulation techniques,acupoints,meridians,etc.After that,SPSS Clementine 12.0 was used for further data mining and analysis.Apriori algorithm is used to mine association rules of massage manipulation,acupoints,meridians,etc.Summarize the compatibility of clinical common treatment techniques and acupoints in the literature,and summarize the rules of acupoint selection for the treatment of degenerative knee osteoarthritis.Research result: A total of 342 literatures related to massage therapy for degenerative knee osteoarthritis were retrieved,but here were only 113 articles that met the inclusion criteria.There were 2820 female patients(60.95%)and 1807 male patients(39.05%).The research results are as follows:(1)Analysis of massage techniques: There are 19 conventional massage techniques,with a total frequency of 520 times.The most commonly used conventional massage techniques are,rubbing method 92 times(17.69%),rolling method 88 times(16.92%),one-finger Zen pushing method 77 times(14.81%).The most frequently used methods of conventional massage techniques are rubbing method and rubbing method(59.80%),rolling method compatibility with rubbing method(57.02%),one-finger massage method and matching method(48.77%);there are 27 kinds of combined massage techniques,with a total frequency of 432 times.Commonly used combined massage techniques are the plucking method 75 times(17.36%),the tap method 69 times(15.97%).The most commonly used method of compound massage is the plucking method and the method of dividing muscles(80.00%),Click the law to match palm press and rub(78.23%),Compression method and traction method(60.16%).(2)Analysis of acupoints: Through data statistics,a total of 49 acupoints were used,with a total frequency of 1,030 times.The most commonly used acupoints are calf nose 103 times(10.00%),inner knee eyes 101 times(9.81%),blood sea 92 times(8.74%).Commonly used in acupoint compatibility are calf nose compatibility blood sea(80.11%),inner knee eye compatibility Liangqiu(69.19%),blood sea compatibility committee(63.61%).(3)Meridian analysis: In the analysis of the meridian situation,the top 5 meridians in frequency are stomach-yang meridian of foot-yangming 285 times(34.09%),meridians of foot-yin 188 times(22.49%)spleen,and bladder meridian of foot sun 17 times(20.93%).The most commonly used meridian compatibility is the Foot Yangming Stomach Meridian,the Hand Sun Intestine Meridian(78.35%),the Foot Taiyin Spleen Meridian,the Foot Shaoyin Kidney Meridian(76.29%),the Foot Sun Bladder Meridian,the Foot Jueyin Liver Meridian(73.92%).(4)Part relationship analysis: the application frequency from high to low is in the knee area 242 times(31.57%),in the calf area 239 times(31.17%),in the thigh area 175 times(23.35%).The most common parts are the knee area and the femoral area(82.47%),the calf area and the posterior wrist area(78.35%),the femoral area and the shoulder blade area(76.29%).(5)Syndrome type analysis: The TCM syndromes of degenerative knee osteoarthritis are divided into liver and kidney deficiency type 45 times(39.82%),wind cold dampness type 31 times(27.43%),spleen and stomach weak type 20 times(17.70%).Conclusion: Massage treatment of degenerative knee osteoarthritis can effectively improve the stiffness of joints and eliminate local symptoms.By sorting out the literature on the treatment of degenerative knee osteoarthritis in the past ten years,the commonly used massage techniques,acupoints,meridians,locations,and syndrome types are summarized as follows:(1)The most commonly used conventional massage techniques are rubbing method,rubbing method,one-finger Zen pushing method.Among the compound methods,the plucking method,the tapping method,the pressing method,and the pinching method are the most frequently used.(2)Data analysis shows that the most commonly used acupoints are calf nose,inner knee eyes,blood sea.(3)Data analysis shows that the most commonly used meridians are the Stomach Meridian of Foot Yangming,Spleen Meridian of Foot Taiyin,and Bladder Meridian of Foot Taiyang.(4)The most areas are the knee area,calf area,and thigh area.(5)The data show that the syndrome types are mostly liver-kidney deficiency type,wind-cold dampness type,spleen and stomach weak type. |
