Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Localized Scleroderma By Yiqitongbi Dection

Objective:Objective to investigate the clinical effect of the treatment of the local scleroderma(pattern of qi stagnation with blood stasis)by Yiqitongbi Decoction.Method:The standard of 72 cases to take a random method,Divided into treatment group and control group,Treatment group 36 cases,control group of 36 cases.During the trial,1 patients were lost in the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group was given Yiqitongbi Decoction,The control group was given oral Dahuangzhechong pill,4 weeks as a course of treatment,continuous observation of 3 courses of treatment.Recorded the skin hardness score before and after treatment for 4 weeks,8 months and 12 months,and make comparative analysis;The quality of life of the two groups before and after treatment were recorded,and make comparative analysis.Results:1.Treatment for 4 weeks,two groups of patients' skin lesions score compared compared with before treatment,there were significant differences(P<0.05);Treatment from 8 weeks to 12 weeks,there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05);Comparison of quality of life scores between the two groups(P<0.05);2.After the end of the experimental study,The total effective rate of the treatment group was 88.57%,the total effective rate was 65.71%in the control group,there was significant difference in the total effective rate(P<0.05)?Conclusions:1."Tong Qi Tong Bi Decoction" can significantly reduce the severity of skin lesions in patients with localized scleroderma(pattern of qi stagnation with blood stasis);After the treatment of "Regulating Qi and activating Bi Bi Decoction",the quality of life improved significantly.2."Regulating Qi and Activating Qi Decoction" is a safe and effective prescription for treating localized scleroderma(qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome).
