Clinical Observation Of Tong Jing Decoction On The Treatment Of Hydrosalpinx With Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis

Objective:This topic intended to study the clinical effect of Tong Jing Decoction in the treatment of the hydrosalpinx.The clinical comprehensive curative effect,the maximum diameter line of hydrosalpinx,endometrial thickness,the parameters of uterine artery blood flow,TCM symptom score and gynecological sign score were analyzed before and after treatment in the two groups.Objective to guide the clinical medication,in the hope of treatment of the hydrosalpinx has positive curative effectMethods:40 patients who met the criteria were collected and divided into two groups.The control group and the treatment group,20 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Xuefuzhuyu capsule,and the treatment group was treated with Tong Jing Decoction.Before and after three months of treatment,observed and compared the clinical curative effect indexes of the two groups,and their clinical effectiveness was analyzed after 3 months of treatment.Results:1.Comparison of the comprehensive curative effect:The effective rate of the treatment group was 85%,and the effective rate of the control group was 55%.The difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05)2.Comparison of b-ultrasound related indicators:The parameters of uterine artery blood flow in the two groups decreased after treatment,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Endometrial thickness in the treatment group was higher after treatment,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Endometrial thickness in the control group was higher than before,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05).The maximum diameter line of hydrosalpinx decreased significantly in the treatment group compared with that before,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The maximum diameter line of hydrosalpinx decreased in the control group compared with before,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Comparison between groups:The parameters of uterine artery blood flow in the treatment group were smaller than those in another group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the endometrial thickness of the treatment group was higher than that of another group,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05).After 3 months of treatment in both groups,b-ultrasound showed that the maximum diameter line of hydrosalpinx decreased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).3.Comparison of pathogens in cervical secretions:6 cases of chlamydia infection were detected in the treatment group before treatment,3 cases turned negative after treatment,with a rate of 50%,5 cases of mycoplasma infection,2 cases turned negative after treatment,with a rate of 40%.4 cases of chlamydia infection were detected in the control group before treatment,1 case turned negative after treatment,with a conversion rate of 25%,5 cases of mycoplasma infection,1 case turned negative after treatment,with a conversion rate of 20%.It can be seen from the data that the treatment of cervical pathogens in the two groups has a certain effect,but according to chi-square test,the difference is not significant(P>0.05),indicating that the treatment of pathogens in the two groups is not comparable.4.Comparison of TCM syndrome score and gynecological sign score:The scores of TCM syndromes and gynecological sign score decreased in the treatment group than before,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.01);The scores of TCM syndromes and gynecological sign score also decreased in the control group after treatment,the difference is significant(P<0.05).Comparison between groups:The TCM syndrome score of the treatment group was lower than that of the another group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The scores of gynecological signs in the treatment group was lower than that in the another group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Tong Jing Decoction is effective in treating hydrosalpinx with qi stagnation and blood stasis.It was better than the control group in comprehensive efficacy,improvement of TCM symptom score,reduction of the maximum diameter line of hydrosalpinx and reduction of the parameters of uterine artery blood flow.The effect of improving gynecological sign score and endometrial thickness was similar to that of the control group.
