The Clinical Curative Effect Observation Of Localized Scleroderma Patients Of Tongbiheluo Decoction Treatment Of Rheumatism Stasis

Objective:To observe the clinical curative efficacy of localized scleroderma patients treatment by tongbiheluo decoction of rheumatism stasis。Methods:All the cases from 2014 March～2015 February Heilongjiang university of traditional Chinese medicine subsidiary first dermatological department of hospital outpatient service.The 67 cases who have met the inclusion criteria randomly have been divided into the treatment group and the control group by treatment sequence.There are 34 cases in the treatment group and 33 cases in the control group.The treatment group gives my teacher’s empirical formula of tongbiheluo decoction, while the control group received Jixuegan tablet (Take three tablet three times a day.)Two groups of patients were evaluated statistically analyzed at the 6,12 weeks for the changes of the hardness of the skin and the signs before and after treatment.Results:1.From the treatment of 6 weeks later,the treatment group and the control group compare with before treatment the, the results show hardness of the skin has significant differences (P<0.05)2. After the treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group is 91.18%,the control group is 78.79%, there are significant differences between the two groups (P<0.05)Conclusion:1. The tongbiheluo decoction not only can effectively improve the hardness of the skin of localized scleroderma patients of rheumatism stasis,also show the effect of treatment is better than Jixuegan tablet.2. The tongbiheluo decoction is Safe and effective treatment prescriptions of the localized scleroderma patients of rheumatism stasis.
