Haitongpi Decoction Fumigation Combined With Clinical Observation Of Medical Ozone Injection In The Treatment Of Early Of Knee Osteoarthritis

Objective:To observe the effect of Haitongpi Decoction fumigation combined with clinical curative effect of medical ozone injection in the treatment of early osteoarthritis of the knee and to investigate the Haitongpi Decoction fumigation with the possible mechanism of medical ozone injection in the treatment of this disease.Methods:60 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups:the treatment group and the control group.Two groups of patients underwent Department of orthopedics KOA routine treatment,treatment group:1 times weekly for medical ozone intra-articular infusion,every 1 days after treated with Haitongpi Decoction fumigation treatment 1 times a day.Control group:1 times weekly for articular sodium hyaluronate infusion,every 1 days,to Flurbiprofen Cataplasms post treatment,12 hours,12 hours of rest,which lasted for 3 weeks.Observe and record,finishing in two groups before and after treatment the pain(VAS score),knee function(WOMAC score),efficacy evaluation(JOA score),all data were analyzed by statistical software,so that the clinical curative effect of comprehensive evaluation.Results:1 the treatment group and the control group before and after treatment,the clinical curative effect difference was significant(p<0.01),before treatment is better than the treatment,the treatment period no adverse reactions.2 the scores of knee joint pain(VAS score)and knee function(score)in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and there was significant difference before and after treatment(p<0.05).3 treatment group and control group after treatment scores were also significantly different(p<0.05),the treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusions:1 Haitongpi Decoction fumigation combined with medical ozone injection in the treatment of early osteoarthritis of the knee is safe and effective.2 Haitongpi Decoction fumigation combined with medical ozone injection can relieve local pain early knee osteoarthritis patients,effectively improve the function of knee joint.3 Haitongpi Decoction fumigation combined with medical ozone injection in the treatment of early knee osteoarthritis curative effect in relieving pain and improve knee function is superior to Flurbiprofen Cataplasms paste combined with sodium hyaluronate injection.
