Purpose:To compare the therapeutic effects of electroacupuncture with different frequencies for dysphagia with pseudobulbar paralysis after apoplexy,to observe the differences between electroacupuncture and neuromuscular electrical stimulation on therapeutic effects, provided suggestions on the clinical selection;Ultrasound was used to evaluate this kind of patients,so as to provide some ideas for the clinical application of ultrasoundto evaluate.Methods:90 cases of dysphagia with pseudobulbar paralysis after apoplexy are randomly divided into 2HZ Electroacupuncture group,100HZ Electroacupuncture group and neuromuscular electrical stimulation(NMES)group. Each group accepted the same conventional medicine treatment and swallowing training.During electroacupuncture treatment, the frequencies for 2HZ Electroacupuncture group and 100HZ Electroacupuncture group were 2Hz and 100Hz respectively, with no difference in other treatments. The other group was added neuromuscular electrical stimulation therapy. After a complete treatment cycle, watched the changes in Kubota swallowing Ability Assessment?Standardized Swallowing Assessment(SSA)?self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)?self-rating depression scale(SDS),and hyoid-larynx approximation?SPSS19.0 was utilized to conduct statistics analysis, and to check whether there was difference in the rehabilitative effect of electroacupuncture on dysphagia with pseudobulbar paralysis after cerebral apoplexy.Result:After the treatment, the changes in Kubota swallowing Ability Assessment?SSA?SAS?SDS?hyoid-larynx approximation of eachgroup are obviousd than before(P<0.05).It is suggested that electroacupuncture combined with swallowing training, neuromuscular electrical stimulation combined with swallowing training are effective methods for the treatment of dysphagia with pseudobulbar paralysis after apoplexy. After the treatment, the improvement rates of the 2HZ Electroacupuncture group in the Kubota swallowing Ability Assessment?SSA?SAS?SDS?hyoid-larynx approximation were better than that in the 100HZ electroacupuncture group and the neuromuscular electrical stimulation group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in improving the scores of SAS and SDS(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the improvement of each index in the 100HZ electroacupuncture group compared with the neuromuscular electrical stimulation group. Conclusion:Electroacupuncture therapy with different frequencies?neuromuscular electrical stimulation therapy were effective rehabilitation treatments for dysphagia with pseudobulbar paralysis after apoplexy, can improve swallowing function in patients, alleviate the negative emotions of patients.Treatmet which combined 2HZ Electroacupuncture therapy With swallowing training was more effective to improve swallowing function than that of neuromuscular electrical stimulation therapy combined With swallowing training. The ultrasound can be used to quantitatively assess the swallowing function, can analyze the changes before and after treatment.
