The Clinical Research Of Treatment Of Su Zi Jiang Qi Tang Jia Quan Xie Di Long Of Acute Exacerbation Of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

Objective:This research is to investigate the effect of Su Zi Jiang Qi Tang Jia Quan Xie Di Long on the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)in acute deteriorated stage of cough phlegm in the hard times,the TCM syndrome of phlegm turbidity resistance type patients.To observe the clinical symptom score and blood gas index,and to study the efficacy of age,gender,hypoxemia,and relevance.To provide effective clinical basis of TCM therapy in alleviating symptoms of high airway secretion.Methods:To conform to the standards of 60 patients with AECOPD,were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,30 cases each.Control group:conventional antibiotics,expectorant and antiasthmatic,oxygen spray treatment.Treatment group:on the basis of control group therapy + Su Zi Jiang Qi Tang Jia Quan Xie Di Long.With 14 days of treatment,in the 1st day,the 3rd day,the 5th day,the 7th day,the 10th day,the 14th day recording in patients with clinical symptom score,detection of blood gas analysis before and after the treatment,and monitoring functions and vital signs,routine blood,liver and kidney.And all the data were analyzed by statistical soft SPSS 20.0.Results:1.Two groups of gender,age,after statistics calculation are comparable.2.Two groups of total score before and after treatment were lower(P = 0.00<0.05);Integral comparison after treatment was statistically difference(P = 0.023<0.05);Cough score after treatment compared statistically significant(P = 0.014<0.05);The control group on average rank were greater than the treatment group.3.Two groups of clinical symptoms always curative effect after treatment control rate is statistically significant(P = 0.035<0.05),the treatment group is better than the control group;Single effect on cough phlegm and wheezing sound control show the two groups after treatment rate is statistically significant(P = 0.028,0.038 respectively are<0.05),the treatment group is better than the control group.4.Compared with expectoration and outcomes of two groups of male patients in treatment group is better than that of control group,there are statistically significant(P = 0.035<0.05);70-80 age group of patients were compared with the treatment group,with statistical difference(P = 0.032<0.05);Two groups of patients in treatment group is better than that of control group,group B was statistically difference(P = 0.048<0.05).5.Curative effect index to compare the two groups after treatment was statistically difference(P?0.004<0.004).6.There was no significant difference gender total curative effect;Blood gas oxygen partial pressure had no significant difference,and with or without hypoxemia in sputum curative effect and no significant difference.Conclusion:1.Su Zi Jiang Qi Tang Jia Quan Xie Di Long can improve the clinical curative effect of patients with COPD.2.Su Zi Jiang Qi Tang Jia Quan Xie Di Long can better relieve expectoration difficult COPDpatients,and promote the sputum.3.Su Zi Jiang Qi Tang Jia Quan Xie Di Long or through improving the function of the bronchial smooth muscle wheezing sound.4.Su Zi Jiang Qi Tang Jia Quan Xie Di Long for male patients curative effect is better,perhaps related to smoking.5.Su Zi Jiang Qi Tang Jia Quan Xie Di Long has good curative effect for elderly patients with copd,deduction or can improve the pulmonary function,immune regulation,have a good tonic effect.6.Su Zi Jiang Qi Tang Jia Quan Xie Di Long for patients with COPD airway function had no significant effect,with or without hypoxemia has no significant effect to cough up phlegm difficulties.
