Research Of Treatment Of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease By Giving Self Long Xian Tang In Different Ways

Objective: Explore of clinical efficacy is that self Long Xian Tang treat the chronicobstructive pulmonary disease by different routes of administration.Methods: Clinical inclusion criteria were selected,95cases were randomly dividedinto treatment group (48cases) and control group (47cases), Treatment of acuteexacerbation of the two groups are the starting point for the treatment, divided into acuteexacerbation and stable phase in two phases, I treated the acute phase of modern medicineconventional therapy plus self side Long Xian Tang inhalation; remission I self side LongXian Tang orally three months. Control group, acute phase I of modern medicineconventional treatment (oxygen therapy, antibiotics, bronchodilators, hormones) plusNebulized saline3ml+Ambroxol30mg+ipratropium250mg; Remission I suckSalmeterol and fluticasone propionate inhalants3months. Both groups were clinicalobservation for one year.Results: The average length of stay, a number of times during exacerbations, repeatedhospitalizations, total hospital days, medical costs of treatment group were lower than thecontrol group, there were significant differences ?P<0.05or P<0.01?? Assessment ofquality of life in both groups and BODE index had significant difference (P <0.05or P<0.01).One year into the clinical observation, the total effective rate of the treatment groupwas91.3%,the total effective rate of control group was76.2%,there were significantdifferences (P <0.01). In the physical and chemical indicators of the treatment group isbetter than the control group (P <0.05or P <0.01).Conclusions: Long Xian Tang treating COPD patients by inhalation and eating has agood Clinical efficacy through remission symptoms of Acute and remission of patients with COPD and reduce the number of acute exacerbation, improve patient outcomes.
