The Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Yangyin Qingxin Decoction On Yin Deficiency And Hyperactivity Of Fire Of Premature Ovarian Insufficiency

objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Yangyin Qingxin Decoction in the treatment of premature ovarian insufficiency due to yin deficiency and fire hyperactivity,so as to provide a new theoretical basis for the treatment of this disease.Methods:60 patients were selected in this study from January 2016 to January 2017 in Jiangsu Province Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital gynecology outpatient clinic and diagnosed with premature ovarian insufficiency of Yinxu Huowang type,using self control,were treated with yyqx decoction,3 months of a course of treatment,a total of 2 courses.After treatment,observe the clinical symptom score,serum FSH,LH,the level of E2,and average diameter of ovarian antral follicle count and other indicators,to judge the treatment of yyqx Decoction on the disease of Yinxu Huowang type patients.Results:1.In 60 patients,2 patients after treatment to normal menstrual cramps;10 cases of menstrual cramps within six months more than 2 times;33 cases of menstrual cramps within half a year at least 1 times;menstruation has not tide in 15 cases,compared with before treatment increased;2.After treatment,patient's Pittsburgh sleep quality index total score before treatment were significantly decreased,the rank and inspection,P<0.01,there was significant difference.The sleep time after treatment was significantly increased,sleep time,sleep quality and improve the efficiency,the rank sum test,P values were less than 0.01,with significant difference;3.After treatment.The main symptoms scores were significantly decreased,the rank and inspection,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant,including insomnia,palpitations,chest tightness and two symptom scores of the treatment compared with P<0.01,there was significant difference between the two,the total symptom score decreased significantly after treatment than before,the paired samples t test,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant;4.after treatment,serum FSH,LH decreased,E2 increased,P is less than 0 05,the difference was statistically significant;5.after treatment in patients with ovarian antral follicle count increased significantly,mean ovarian diameter also increased,P values were less than 0.05,the difference was statistically significant.But after observation,before and after the treatment of ovarian average diameter growth rate is too small,and there are many uncontrollable factors,therefore,the average diameter of ovary not as a clinical judgment index of.6.After treatment,60 patients were cured in 2 cases,accounting for 3.3%;19 cases were markedly effective,accounting for 31.7%;24 cases were effective,accounting for 40%;15 cases were ineffective,accounting for 25%;the total efficiency was 75%.7.after treatment,age 18-23 years,24-29 years,30-35 years old,36-39 year old patients with the total effective rate was 100%,80%,70%,20%,showed a decreasing trend.In four age groups of the total efficiency was 22 compared to,18-23 years,24-29 years,30-35 years three between the ages of the total efficiency comparison,P values are greater than 0.05,which shows that the three are not different;but before age three were compared with fourth age groups,P ?0.01,0.03,0.047,were less than 0.05,so before Age three,the total effective rate was fourth and the total efficiency of different ages,and the younger,the difference was more obvious.Conclusion:yyqx decoction can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients with premature ovarian failure,promote the development of follicles in the ovary and effectively improve hormone levels.The clinical curative effect is reliable.
