Curative Effects Evaluating Of Postoperative Gastric Cancer Treated By Shenqiyizhu Decoction Combined With Chemotherapy

Objective:The research subject aims to observe the effect of Shenqiyizhu Decoction combined with chemotherapy on clinical symptoms,quality of life and side effect caused by chemotherapy in postoperative patients gastric cancer,and to evaluate its efficacy objectively.Methods:60 cases of patients with stage ? and ? gastric cancer after radical resection were selected and randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each.The control group only received chemotherapy(SOX or XELOX),each period of 21 days,observe four cycles;the treatment group took Shenqiyizhu Decoction on the basis of chemotherapy and modified with the evidence,be decocted in water for oral dose,daily morning and evening after dinner 1.5 hours.Record the patient's clinical symptoms,quality of life,body weight,routine blood test,hepatorenal function,side effects of gastrointestinal tract and the nervous system in 2 days before chemotherapy and within 1 week after the end of the fourth cycle.The results are statistically analyzed with SPSS 19.0 data software.then the changes of the two groups before and after treatment would be compared.Results:The total score of clinical symptoms of the treatment group was better than that of the control group after treatment(P<0.05);The treatment group was lower than before treatment(P<0.05),the control group before and after treatment was not statistically significant(P>0.05);The comparison shows that the scores of clinical symptoms of treatment group,like stomach,fullness in the stomach bilges,poor appetite,loose stools,fatigue are better than before after treatment(P<0.05),while the constipation score was lower after treatment than before(P<0.05);Stomach pain,fullness in the stomach bilges,eat less,acid regurgitation,loose stool,fatigue scores of the treatment group were lower than the control group,after treatment(P<0.05).2.The quality of life score was lower in the treatment group than in the control group after treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group was lower than that before the treatment(P<0.05).3.The KPS score of the treatment group was higher than the control group after treatment(P<0.05).what's more the curative effect of KPS score of the treatment group is better than that of the control group(P<0.05).4.The two groups before and after treatment were no differences in body weight(P>0.05).5.Comparison of toxic and side effects after treatment:the incidence of nausea,vomiting and diarrhea in the treatment group is less than that in the control group(P<0.05),and no difference in hematological toxicity and nervous system toxicity(P>0.05).Conclusion:Shenqiyizhu Decoction combined with chemotherapy can improve patients with stomachache,fullness in the stomach bilges,poor appetite,acid regurgitation,loose stools,fatigue,and improve the physical condition,reduce chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting,diarrhea and other adverse reactions,and improve the quality of life of postoperative patients with gastric cancer.
